Will never shop here ever again. They lost my drivers license for pg and pg13 movies I’m 41. Top it off same girl lied first said she gave it back then 2 seconds later “ I never had it” she seems to remember all of a sudden.Wish they would of answered the phone I wouldn’t of driven over, wasting time and gas. Over incompetence. I will be posting to social media and Facebook

Called the store 3 times and each time someone answered the phone and hung up. When I complained to the manager she told me "you don't have to shop here"

I was carded for two movies one is pg the other pg13. Now I can’t get the paid employees to answer the phone. Just looking for my drivers license. Simple yes or no would be sufficient. It’s thirty miles round trip. ?♂️ never will I shop this store again. I feel bad for the other customers who don’t have another choice or the ability to go to Paola. I will be letting everyone I know how dg in osawatomie Kansas treats their”valued customers”. My family and friends are going to hear all about it. Why card me for movies that children can buy. I’m forty-one years old

Only store in town,most days you can't get down isles because there stock is always blocking you from it. Upper management is lost.
