Small gym, but the staff is friendly and all the equipment is well maintained. Plenty of free weights and machines.

Great local gym! New equipment, very clean and well maintained, calm friendly atmosphere, and 24 hour access for members. Their membership rates are very reasonable! If your looking for a great place to workout with a relaxed setting this is definitely the place to go! They also offer tanning if your interested in that.

Very friendly and everyone is so respectful of working out on the machines even if multiple people are using them. My only one recommendation is ceiling fans. I’ve heard numerous people talk about it being a bit hot working out and wanting more air flow.
