I don’t bank with Wells Fargo and I don’t plan to now. I recently tried taking money out of one of their ATM’s at a Casey’s here in Maryville, Missouri and the money was dispensed, I was just reading my transaction receipt before I took my dispensed cash. Then right when I was reaching down to grab my cash, the ATM sucked my cash back inside the machine and it told me I didn’t grab my money fast enough. I checked my account and the money never went back onto my account. At this point I was very frustrated and Casey’s told me there was nothing they could do but tell me to call Wells Fargo bank and talk it over with them. I called the business number and it was a recording but I was able to get a representative on the call but she didn’t understand my story and concerns, so she proceeded to put me back on the automated recording system call which was of no help. I have never had a problem like this with any other ATM before and I’ve never had this much trouble with customer service anywhere. I’m very disappointed and frustrated because I never got my money back….. Do not recommend this bank. 0 out of 5 stars.

Am impressed! the staff is professional they went above and beyond Nahed helped me arrange appointment, Emily and Marwan were very knowledgeable and skilled they explained the process nicely and answered all questions. I never felt rushed to make decisions. I had also another issue in a different branch the manager, Nahed, was able to provide help and support and personally communicated with the other branch and resolved the issue without me having to travel there. Am so satisfied with the experience. Thank you all

Great personal service. Everyone was polite and professional. We were able to stop in and conclude our business in a quick and efficient manner. We were just passing through but I would recommend this branch to anyone. Nice parking. Easy access for walking or handicap. Easy to get to and back out of onto Santa Fe blvd. thank you Marwan!

Wells Fargo has closed so many branches and reduced their hours to the point that the only time I can cash a check without taking time off of work is on Saturday mornings. Tonight, I spent an extra hour getting home to drive all the way to Olathe only to find out that they have changed their closing time from 6 pm to 5 pm on weekdays. Here's an idea. How about updating your hours on google so it doesn't say your open until 6? Crazy right? Other customers had the same problem I did and they weren't happy about it either. Thanks a lot for wasting my time and gas money. Booooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!

You can't even get ahold of anyone in the branch. Everything takes forever. Fees are ridiculous. Hate that I have to go through them at all. Do not recommend

I very rarely go into the bank anymore because of online banking and ATM accessibility. Yesterday, I had an issue with the ATM at this location, so I went inside the branch. I was helped by Andrea R., and she was fantastic. She was able to solve my problem quickly and with a smile. I really appreciated the high level of customer service I received.

I was under a lot of distress before I entered this Wells Fargo to have my account issues addressed. Being a victim of credit fraud is no light matter. Out of all the locations in the area, this is the only one that had available appointment times within the week.Even though it was my only choice, I felt like I was in very good hands. Andrea has Great Customer Service and really showed empathy. She was patient and helped me resolve the matter and get my accounts back in order.I'm so Grateful for everyone at this branch!

Tried calling for 30 mins and no one picked up. I just needed to be able to see if I could come in in order to do a wire transfer so that I could purchase my house but it seems as though no one wants to pick up the phone 30 mins before closing. I have never had issues with this branch before but the day I really need help I don’t receive any.

If I could leave 0 stars. The rep I spoke with, Chris Crane was his name his ID #7963 spoke to me like I was trash. When I asked what I could do he told me “make a payment obviously” as though I were stupid for being worried/upset about my car being reposed. He then continued to be rude and aggressive the whole conversation. I asked to speak with a supervisor and he put me on hold so I waited then hung up. Not professional at all.

Very poor customer service, went in to get my Wells Fargo mortgage documents notarized, first they said they are busy, cant help me, then they took my name and number and said they will call me back when they are free. Well its been a week and still waiting for that call. Don't offer service to your customers if you cant do it.
