Xavier and the woman that worked in the personal banking ,Thank you for honestly one of the best banking experiences I have had from WF in 10yrs . I drove 2 1/2 hrs . You both are the best very professional and made sure all my banking needs were taken care of .

Alert...customers and consumers...dewellsfargo...this corporation does not support, does not guarantee and does not protect your money...I made two claims...and in the end they took the money from my credit...money that was mine... Now they want to charge me 35 dollars..per over draft in 3 transactions..one for 40 dollars..and one for 12 dollars..and another for 6 dollars..it is stupidly an abuse...how am I going to turn off 3 over drafts of 35 dollars...that's 105 dollars...to pay 58 dollars3s...and when I made those transactions my card had enough balance to cover it...but Wellsfargo steals your money, it's not reliable...it can't be a good option... ..it is not and it never will be in the 14 years that I have been a customer, it has disappointed me about 15 times..I do not recommend it..think about it twice before doing business at Wells Fargo..better to turn around and go any time. another banko..but avoid the.more not being able to wells fargo

I had to drive from MY new place in springfield mo. To this location in leeman Kansas, I had made it just in time before they closed. I had called before to tell them my situation, and I had to get to my account due to fraud and needed money to survive. My direct deposit is veteran based , I am a US navy gulf war veteran .
I walked in at 456 pm. Today .
The workers were everywhere, and many employees were available in nice clothing. A woman named Sheila said , " I can help you ma'am. She is a US army veteran, so thank you for having her as an employee ?. Sheila was wonderful.
We spoke, and she kind of helped me me able to get the money I needed from my va account, and she walked me out nicely. Said God bless. So thank you, Sheila.
Now, just before she walked me out... I said hello to two male employees while I was almost done with my conversation with Sheila.
They both rudely stated after I said, " Hello , how are you all? Thank you for being here and staying open. I had a 3 hour drive, and I just made it, and Sheila and I are sisters in arms, so she made my week . " The two males rudely stated, " Yea, we just wanna go home. " They stared at Sheila and I as she kindly walked me out and locked the door.
Now, I've had my account for 6 years.
If the attitude of some humans does that ... I know now why Sheila whispered to ME sadly while smiling , " It's hard to work here, I'm glad I met you have a blessed day Ali."
To WELLS FARGO...
Do something. It's your job to vet and make sure your employees have exceptional customer service skills, especially with a co-worker (Sheila ) and myself who signed our lives away to protect you before you were born. Treat all customers as if they have had the hardest day possible. Kindness and empathy and help not HATE.

I don’t bank with Wells Fargo and I don’t plan to now. I recently tried taking money out of one of their ATM’s at a Casey’s here in Maryville, Missouri and the money was dispensed, I was just reading my transaction receipt before I took my dispensed cash. Then right when I was reaching down to grab my cash, the ATM sucked my cash back inside the machine and it told me I didn’t grab my money fast enough. I checked my account and the money never went back onto my account. At this point I was very frustrated and Casey’s told me there was nothing they could do but tell me to call Wells Fargo bank and talk it over with them. I called the business number and it was a recording but I was able to get a representative on the call but she didn’t understand my story and concerns, so she proceeded to put me back on the automated recording system call which was of no help. I have never had a problem like this with any other ATM before and I’ve never had this much trouble with customer service anywhere. I’m very disappointed and frustrated because I never got my money back….. Do not recommend this bank. 0 out of 5 stars.

Am impressed! the staff is professional they went above and beyond Nahed helped me arrange appointment, Emily and Marwan were very knowledgeable and skilled they explained the process nicely and answered all questions. I never felt rushed to make decisions. I had also another issue in a different branch the manager, Nahed, was able to provide help and support and personally communicated with the other branch and resolved the issue without me having to travel there. Am so satisfied with the experience. Thank you all

Great personal service. Everyone was polite and professional. We were able to stop in and conclude our business in a quick and efficient manner. We were just passing through but I would recommend this branch to anyone. Nice parking. Easy access for walking or handicap. Easy to get to and back out of onto Santa Fe blvd. thank you Marwan!

Wells Fargo has closed so many branches and reduced their hours to the point that the only time I can cash a check without taking time off of work is on Saturday mornings. Tonight, I spent an extra hour getting home to drive all the way to Olathe only to find out that they have changed their closing time from 6 pm to 5 pm on weekdays. Here's an idea. How about updating your hours on google so it doesn't say your open until 6? Crazy right? Other customers had the same problem I did and they weren't happy about it either. Thanks a lot for wasting my time and gas money. Booooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!
