Made an appointment for an oil change at 11am. Sat in the car for 20 min. Why 3 employees just looked at someone's red Camero like they were appraising the car. I got out finally. Guy rudely like he's the police says get back in your car. Will be with you in a minute like 20 min wasn't long enough. Worse automotive dept in the world. Always rude and never want to help anyone out. It's terrible they should have a mystery shopper so the district manager can see how they're operating!!

Not much good to say about Walmart anymore. Very little help
customer service is bad. Just not like what it used to be. Been dropping since Sam passed. I'm sure he wouldn't be happy about how his children have ran it into the ground. Very sad situation.

Zach, Hillary, and Andrew were very helpful with a difficult auto repair I needed. They were very respectful and listened to my story.
Red on the other hand was not helpful at all and unprofessional, he approached me already not wanting to help me or hear me out with my vehicle issue.

It's just a Walmart, but it's always clean and well stocked. Staff is pleasant. One of the better Walmarts around.
