Typical Walgreens. Expensive everything. Nothing special. I've had tons of issues getting insulin from here in a timely manner in the past, so I don't trust them for my diabetic supplies usually.

Called the Gardner store & was told there under staff and maybe on Sunday you could stop in for a Flu shot. Called the store on 151st & Ridgeview 3 times & was hung up on all 3 times!! Sorry Service in my opinion!!

Ordered holiday magnet cards on Friday last week . An hour later I received an email saying my order was ready.I went to pick up my order today ( Monday) and they could only find one part of my order . They said they were sorry that they lost my holiday magnet cards but said they would reprint them now but promised it would only take 5 minutes. So I waited inside with my 3 year old and newborn.They charged me full price even though they lost my order and didn't give me the 40 envelopes that were supposed to come with the holiday cards.Very irritated

They filled the wrong prescription, I threw away the receipt which I know was my fault but I had the box and bar code and paid $45 for something I can’t use and they won’t refund me. Then I had to pay for my correct prescription on top of that. I was there 3 times. They also tried to blame my doctor for the wrong prescription when it was them who changed it. $45 is a lot of money to literally be wasted on THEIR mistake. Horrible service, they could care less about their customers. My doctors office recommended that I start going somewhere else because they have issues with them frequently.

filthy restrooms....I assume it hadn't been cleaned in months. A/C wasn't working either. This place has been in decline for a while now.

I called because I had a question about a refill. Whoever I talked to wouldn’t let me speak enough to ask my question about the refill, just talked over me to say that they already had a call in to the doctor about it, which great thanks I already knew that, I just needed to ask a question about that call in. Instead of letting me speak and ask my question, she just repeated what she had said about there being a call in already in a tone of voice like I was infinitely stupid. So extremely rude. When I finally got a chance to speak and ask my question, she didn’t really answer what I actually needed to know but I was done being spoken to like that so I just gave up. Completely not a fan of their customer service at this point and will likely take this prescription elsewhere ASAP

Do not order pictures through the Picta app with this store! I received confirmation of the order, went in hours later only to find NO order! They assured me they would print them out. I came back again, hours later...NO pictures! I give up!

Sometimes you need something quick from a drugstore. Really sucks when you leave work to drive 2 miles there, and it's still not open a half hour past it's opening time.

I've been sitting in the pharmacy drive through line for over 40 minutes. One lady getting helped....for over 40 minutes. If something takes that long go park your car and go in! Take their phone number and call them when it's ready! I couldn't back up and leave because the line was 5 cars deep. I transferred one prescription to this location, but I'm not coming back. Terrible mgmt!

For my most recent visit, I gave it a 5 star review but only because of one person. An employee named Jeremy who doesn’t normally work at this location, I believe he told me that he normally works in Shawnee. So anyways I went into this location looking for a specific medicine as I couldn’t find any on the shelves. I asked him for help as he was busy stocking a shelf. He politely stopped what he was doing and went in the back and found my medicine. Thank you Jeremy, you were a life saver. Thanks for making the extra effort and making my day. This guy Jeremy knows customer service and I expect him to go far with this company if they are fortunate enough to keep him.

Closed on a Sunday. Multiple people going to the door are irritated that the store was not open & just had a sign stating so.

Came into the store to get a few things and some high school kids were in there and I get it, they were being obnoxious and were asked to leave. But as I was checking out , the manager was talking to her employee very rudely and you could clearly hear everything she was saying. Which could’ve been said behind closed doors. Our cashier was very nice but if the manager talks to her employees like that, not professional at all.

Decided to go to Walgreens because I was in a hurry and thought it would be a good idea but unfortunately it ended up taking longer than anywhere I could’ve gone because of the lack of employees.. walking in, there was two people in line and nobody at the register and when I went to check out the same two people were still in line and they decided to go somewhere else. When I asked employee if I could get help he didn’t even make eye contact with me and ignored me like he didn’t hear me. Also dressed very unprofessional
