I spent the day trying to have banners printed at another location, since the other location couldn't figure out how to work the printers, I had my order transferred to this location. Adriana, greeted me with a smile, her store was packed and she still took on my project without hesitation. I honestly am amazed by how kind and helpful she was. I'm thankful my order was finished handled by her, I know she took great care while completing my request. Her efforts do not go unnoticed. I hope for anyone reading this, if you happen to encounter her, treat her with extra respect and kindness, she is more than deserving.

Wanted to come in and make a cash deposit with the cashier and he was rude. He cut me off and answered questions with poor temperament. I eventually walked out without doing what I needed to do without saying anything further to him. Today, 5/6/24 he is in a blue long sleeve jacket and brown curly hair.

Time wasters. Had a vaccine appointment 35 minutes in they tell me I have a copay when I don’t. That should have been checked right as I came in for my appointment if not before since I had to schedule it. Prescriptions take forever. Switched to Amazon Pharmacy. Cheaper and better customer service. Walgreens you will continue to lose customers because you can’t get your act together to do simple things that literally any other pharmacy does better.

Poor service in the pharmacy!!! Low supply of medications and can't fill scripts. Be prepared to go there numerous times to get one script. Maybe the fourth time will be a charm.

I was in the drive through with 5 cars in front of me. I've been here for 20 minutes and have only moved twice. Took 45 minutes to get me through. This is ridiculous hire more people! This pharmacy has really gone down hill!!!

Do not trust this place with any of your prescriptions especially “controlled” ones. They’ve had a history of having employees steal, and unfortunately I didn’t listen to the warnings. Every medication (EVEN MY BIRTH CONTROL) “never existed” although I had record of them all existing 3 hours prior.Run don’t walk, to a different pharmacy there’s a CVS down the road, and another Walgreens in the area.Worst experience I have ever had, they had 3 brand new people who all had no idea what they were doing, and I got told my ERX never came through, however another Walgreens found it.I hope corporate sees this and take this place down, they’re criminals.I’d love to speak with a corporate agent too, reach out to me and I’ll gladly give you my contact information, we can review the videos, and phone calls together.

This is one of the closest Walgreens to my house. It's actually a really nice store except for one major flaw. There is a severe lack of help here. I've gone here several times because they are also a federal express authorized location where you can supposedly drop off and pick up Federal Express packages. This is been more difficult than it should be. One time I went and the entire system was down all day long so I had to leave my personal information there and hope that my package didn't get stolen. I would probably do more business here in their photo department except for the fact that there's hardly ever anyone working the photo desk. Now they have whoever is working the front desk working the photo desk, as well. I understand that it's hard to get employees in this economy. Hopefully places like Walgreens will start paying people a little bit better and I'm okay paying a little bit more to have some type of service. In the meantime it's worrisome for these employees who are working with a lack of staff and I would assume a lack of security as well. I hope this review was helpful if it is please indicate this by giving me a thumbs up. Thank you so much.

Placed an order for pickup. Received an email that order was delayed even though it was just 3 items. Went to the store to get it myself. Store was a disaster and their excuse was that the ac was broken and it was father's day. Couldn't even find anyone to help me for awhile. If the store is unable to be staffed, it should not be open. Will be avoiding this Walgreens going forward.
