OLATHE KS LOCATION-The women in there are rude and will watch you if you're a black woman shopping. The excuse that I have biracial kids does not work. Sorry but not sorry- I also have a biracial child-that means nothing. Just like saying I have a black friend, for the price of the clothes I will shop at WHBM, Express, and JCrew better quality less attitude. The fact that the employee was trying to get other customers involved in our conversation, speaks volumes of how poor customer service is. Education is key. Customer service does not return calls. I give these stores less than five years.

I also used to love Versona... but the service has definitely declined...the staff just doesn't care. Their jewelry is over priced for the cheap quality of it. I've had pieces tarnish is a month or less. I won't even go into the issue I had with a return...the items were WAY over priced to begin with and they gave me a small portion of what I paid. There were original attached tags on them and they were in perfect sellable condition. They knew I wasn't happy...and didn't care. Yes...them have some cute stuff but... expect a potentially frustrating experience and to over pay if you buy any of their accessories.

I use to LOVE Versona and it was my go to for all my fashion needs, but the customer service has declined significantly over the years. The final straw was when I asked an associate that was breaking down shipment, to get a dress down off the wall for me that required the hanging stick, she asked if I had try to get the dress down myself, to which I replied, I'd like to see you do that without the hanging stick. This comment really speaks to their attitude toward customer service and the lack there of. I didn't buy anything and decided to order what I needed on Amazon. Save yourself some time and do the same thing.

Truly amazed of the lacking customer service in this store! Walked by 3 employees several times and not a hello, can I help you, or even acknowledgement that I was even in the store. Part of the buying process is customer service and it’s definitely lacking at this place. I don’t need someone following me, but at least a hello would be nice. Unfortunate because I like the store but don’t particularly like going places where I don’t feel welcomed!

I love this brand! I love the clothes and their price point, I love how bright and clean everything is, but I feel ignored and shunned I feel when I'm shopping here. I used to work retail for years and am often shocked at how much goes missed at this store run by adult women.I've been here several times and am usually never greeted upon entering. Often times I'll be lugging around around heavy armfuls of clothes past sales associates who ignore me. Last time when I was paying for my items, I was the only customer in the store, the two employees started discussing a stolen tag they'd found in the dressing room right in front of me. It seemed like a very poor time to have this conversation, any tact or consideration for the sole paying customer would have been appreciated.Then one of the associates took and held each one of my bills to the ceiling light, inspecting each bill slowly and carefully before running it through a machine. This seemed so over the top rude that it was comical to watch, I've never seen anyone inspect a twenty so carefully.Maybe implementing ANY customer service, like acknowledging your customers upon entering and interacting with them "Have you been here before, are you shopping for an event, what can I help you with? etc", starting dressing rooms (FOR EVERYBODY, not just picking and choosing which customers you feel like helping) so customers aren't walking around with armfuls of clothing dragging on the floor might help crack down on all this shoplifting? Maybe also not insulting your one paying customer by inspecting their money like you're the FBI would also help with customer retention?Just some tips for the future, but at this point, I'm going to start buying from the brand online.

They have really cute clothes here. Clothes that are stylish and one-of-a-kind. Meaning that you won't find them at other stores or boutiques. I found out about this store after complimenting someone on their dress. I will definitely be coming back because I love buying unique and stylish clothes. Definitely should check this store out.
