I'm leaving a bad review with the hope that it could get some attention from the proper individuals on this, I was expecting to receive a "unique" document from Spain, as it seems there was an attempted delivery on my package back on April 28th but noone came to our place, after inquiring on the office the response we received was that "The package was there at some point, it never got scanned on the way out and also that the courier who attempted to deliver did not got any signature on it", couple weeks later long story short my package is lost and the answer I got from the people working here is that "There's nothing we can do about this" again, not understanding that the package that was lost is UNIQUE and it was needed for a very important reason.
Beyond dissapointed.

The absolute WORST, most dishonest people ever! They never deliver my package, mark things delivered that were never delivered, even things that require signature and I constantly have to track things down! No one is held accountable for all this fraudulent intentionally dishonest behavior!

The lines may be long, but the exceptional service that I've received from an employee, Jose, is well worth the wait!Jose has helped me on many occasions, and he always has a upbeat attitude, is very pleasant to talk to, and treats you like a human being.I can imagine that working at the post office can be very tedious, and frustrating at times, dealing with enraged customers.This is all the more reason why people like Jose should be recognised!

The employees are always friendly and helpful. There have been several times where they have helped me with finding the best or lowest cost way to ship a package. I have also used the passport services at this location with a good experience.

Mailed out a piece of electronic equipment 3 weeks ago, hasn't even moved from this location. I'm 99% certain someone stole it. Will never use USPS again, I doubt I'll even get the $$ form insuring the parcel.

There's usually a long line here, but today I was the only customer. Regardless, I've always had good experiences at this post office. Today was no exception. He listened to what I needed (somewhat unusual forwarding situation), helped me, explained how it was going to work going forward.

I dropped off a package that: was never scanned, isn't at the post office, but "definitely wasn't stolen". The workers here know what they can get away with, and they will steal from you.
