This is directed at customer service with this specific office. Not friendly at all. No people skills. How do you expect us to keep bringing our business here if you not a welcoming environment?

The employees are always friendly and helpful. There have been several times where they have helped me with finding the best or lowest cost way to ship a package. I have also used the passport services at this location with a good experience.
