“This was the best experience I have ever had in getting a car I was not pushed at all I called one day about a 2022 ford escape and letting Kenneth know I was interested in the car I was just looking for a way there since I lived so far away and the next day he called to check in with me to see if I was still interested and was willing to let me get a rental car from there rental lot if I needed to get there but I was already on my way when I got there the banks was getting ready to close so there wasn't much time so he had his co worker Joshwa help me out and he worked quickly to get everything figured out so I could make it to the bank in time if I wanted the car and I did like I said the best experience I have ever had and very enjoyable with everything that had been going on in life at that time it was a pleasant experience thank you Kenneth and joshwa”

“I had taken my car several places because it periodically wouldn't start. They told me there was nothing they could do unless the problem was happening right then. Here they said if I was willing to leave it they would keep my car until it wouldn't start so they could figure out the problem. I was thrilled they would do this. I took it in and they called me a couple hours later and had already figured out the problem. Everyone I spoke with was very kind and I now have a reliable car again!”
