Cindy at UPS makes my Sunday trips a pleasant experience. Despite being busy, she handles everything and everyone gracefully, always wearing a smile. Sometimes, I wait to bring my packages on Sundays to say hello. Her positive energy is contagious! If she had a store, I'm sure it would thrive with her excellent customer service and loyal customers. Thanks, Cindy—I appreciate all that you do!

I understand that after the holidays, a lot of people are still sending/returning late gifts. What I don't understand is how hard is it to print some copies of paper. I put in the order since 1:27 PM and about two hours I still have not received a confirmation from the store. It could've been longer, maybe the next day, if I have not gone inside and ask them to print. And guess what, it only took 5 minutes of their time. On top with that, I ordered one-sided copies, I got double-sided. Do better service please.I went to print something at UPS on 63rd Street in Shawnee and they printed in less*cough*than 2 hours, had papers less than 2 minutes.This was on Wednesday, 01/03/24.

They had a line when I walked in, but it was moving fast! Good service and always helpful here. They had packages piled everywhere from so many people coming in the store, but even with the line backed up to the door, it didn't take more than 5 minutes for me to get service! Very pleased with this location. Seems to have better service than the FedEx across the street at Walmart. I've tried both several times.

Wow . I kind of had some hope that there would a better experience here with me having absolutely no idea what I was doing or even have any thought of hesitation that there would be so much trouble helping me. Megan was the women helping me and the attitude she had towards me was ridiculous. She really made me have a bad experience and I don’t think I feel comfortable going back to that location.

Had to process 2 amazon returns without being able to have a QR scan or print the labels off myself. Megan was professional and warm - immediately knew the process for sending them the labels.

This store needs a lower score my god the woman working today in that store was completely rude you don’t yell at customers. I’m a firm believer if you don’t like your job quit.

Went to Store 5238 this morning and Cindy, the lone associate in the store greeted me as I entered. There were several people in the store already and I thought that was nice to be recognized.Cindy was super busy and made sure everyone was taken care of quickly and efficiently as possible.

Do not but tape or supplies here, I needed to tape one box closed and couldn't do it with the brand new roll of tape I bought here today I'm sitting here with a pocket knife trying to restart the tape and it's impossible, one box was all I needed to do and I couldn't do it with the brand new roll,Staff was extremely nice and helpful during transaction, issues occurred off site with ups brand products

My daughters made and order and this is what happened... Made a same day order for business cards, got a call stated would have to wait. No big deal . A week later after calls and voicemails left I was told they were never made and was going to be twice the price I paid online. When asking why it was a different price all I was told is online is just different. I asked to speak to a manager ( RICK) when asking to just please cancel my order he said yup and hung up. I Called right back as he did not even ask for my name order number nothing. I said hey you did not even get my information he said I know who you are and we never took any money and that I would need to bring in a bank statement to get my money back. Guess we will just order from FEDEX
