Insanely slow service, even for extremely simple deposits when they have no other customers inside or in the drive thru. Count on it taking 15+ minutes every time. Think it is specific to this branch, but haven’t been to many others. I have wasted hours of my life waiting at this branch.

They literally pick and choose when charges hit your account, it's good one day then the second you wake up it's a wreck. It happens ALL the time, every other month at least. I have almost 10 accounts with them and I hate it, wish it was more convenient to take my money elsewhere but the customer service takes forever, it took an hour and 45 minutes to open up my son's savings account, I can't imagine the PTO I'd have to take to move all my accounts. Stuck and frustrated!

I was the only vehicle in the commercial lane and was sitting for almost 30 minutes. They appreciated my patience, but I wasn’t patient, I was held hostage. I had to decide between having my job think I stole the bank deposit until it was verified or take the write up for being gone so long. I feel like a commercial lane should have priority.
