I was involved in a hit a run luckily only the plastic cover on the mirror popped off and cracked didn’t want to have to file an insurance claim for something so minor found the part on multiple websites purchased it on a auto nation parts that said would arrive 7/22 after placing my order with them i get an email couple hours later saying shipping will now take 12-15 days. I did not want to wait so i decided to go with Olathe Toyota and i am so glad i did !!!! I placed the order 7/18 received it 7/24! I was very skeptical as there weren't actual pictures of the part just the description. I did provide my VIN. The part came in and it was perfect! looked exactly like the part that broke and fit perfectly and easy to install! Thank you Olathe Toyota!!

Shopped here for 7 years prices were saving me money went and recently purchased about 1100 dollars worth of parts at first thought nothing of the prices even though I thought they were high so I decided to shop around and found they were much more expensive don’t no why there prices were so high now but I will not be purchasing any more parts from here

Everyone I've worked with at the shop is incredibly helpful, kind, and goes above/beyond to ensure you're getting exactly what you need for your vehicle. They're knowledgeable on the products and when I placed an order for the incorrect item for my Corolla, Tanner gave me a call and helped me determine the right product I was searching for. This location hires much nicer employees then Molle Toyota location. Yes, employees are always changing at this location, but they are much nicer. I have switched to this location a long time ago. They need to put in air filter system in both the check in garage and the waiting room, because I thought carbon monoxide was bad for your health and the other chemical fumes. Having some live plants would be nice. The location also needs more phone charging locations compared to different car repairs like Honda or Ford.

Got me a hard to find side mirror on short notice when I was in a pickle on a road trip. All Toy dealers were saying two weeks-one month at least and these folks got it to me in three days for less than quoted from the dealers. A++++ couldn’t be happier.
