Absolutely best hair cuts ever.. by Ashley!! I have curly, wavy, and cowlicky hair which is also baby fine. What a mess for a hair stylist to deal with and i have had many bad cuts in the past. BUT Ashley Myers works wonders, every hair cut is precise and perfect. And easy for me to maintain. Ashley is an excellent and experienced professional and I am so grateful to have found her.

This is the only hair salon I trust. Once you find a good plane to get your hair done you stick to it. Very friendly staff.

I have now been to this salon 2 times and the owner Ashley will not put color on my hair! All she wants to do is cut my hair! MY HAIR IS COMING IN GREY! Her haircuts are $70 for a trim! She won’t offer a different solution for me to be a happy client! The integrity of my hair is not bad and all she keeps saying just keep cutting! Every client In their chairs are getting color! Not happy!

If you are looking for an experienced, talented, but still kind hairstylist, GO SEE MOLLY! She is so amazingly talented, but she also LISTENES! She truly cares about every single client that sits in her chair and wants to make sure that they are happy with their hair and walk out of the salon feeling FABULOUS! I really can't recommend her, or this salon, enough. I have been going to Birdcage Salon for about 6 years now and have had mu hair done by 3 or 4 different stylist. No matter who you go to, they are ALL amazing, but Molly is extra awesome and I can not say enough. Once you go Birdcage, you never go back. My boyfriend sees Yvette and absolutely loves his hair and now won't let anyone else touch it! They sell every product you could ever need and are all super knowledgeable and will give you great advice on what is suitable to your specific hair needs and wants. GO SEE MOLLY AT BIRDCAGE SALON! SHE ROCKS! THEY ALL DO!

I absolutely love Birdcage Salon! The staff members are very welcoming and the atmosphere is clean and relaxing. This salon is definitely a place you will go back to again and again. Molly is my stylist— she has cut/highlighted my hair and always does a great job listening to exactly what I would like. My results with her are stunning each and every time. She truly cares for all her clients. All products used here are also amazing quality!

Staff friendly and listen to what you want. They will help you with any hair problems that you have. Management ensures stylists are continuing education so all are very knowledgeable. I just got my best friend to start going with them and she has been happier with her hair and the care they provide.

I was in the Olathe area visiting family and got recommended to get my haircut at birdcage salon. Ivette trimmed my hair and she did a spectacular job, everyone is Soo friendly owners included. I'm from Northwest Arkansas the next time I'm in Olathe, birdcage salon will be my 1st choice!! 10/10 definitely will recommend to anyone!!!

Fabulous salon in Olathe. Molly and Ivette are both amazing stylists. I always leave happy with my highlights, balayage, occasional lowlights. This place knows their stuff. I love the gentle on your hair coloring products they use here and they carry R&Co products which are awesome. Cute place, good vibes, fun and knowledgeable hair artists.

Ashley has been cutting my hair for more than 15 years. I never feel embarrassed that I don’t get a more complicated service. She always has a cheery smile and in the few times I’ve had to be rescheduled, she just makes it happen. Her sound advice on styling and trends is much appreciated. Through decades of experience in this industry, she has gleaned an impressive depth of knowledge. From styles and products and even considering the whole person of the client, she knows what works and what does not.Her husband, Nathan, cuts and colors my mom’s hair— what a relief that I have found someone who embraces the challenge of maintaining her “natural red” look!
