For a multi million dollar company they do a terrible job changing out key pads that don’t work after a year and a half. And only one register open, with a line a people and the self check out weren’t even turn on. Gets annoying

I've lived in Olathe for about 6 yrs & this Target has been my family's go to for just about everything we live off 127th barely a 3 min drive to this location. Today I after dropping my daughter off at work I decided to go to this location because due to our amazing Midwestern winter I slipped/fell/bruised my left side pretty badly to where I needed to go do so price checks on some pain meds, wrist/ankle braces because I'm swollen/bruised/sprained. The parking lot was empty & I took the 1st closest available spot y'all because I'm walking with a bruised hip, twisted ankle, skinned knee etc all the good stuff that comes with slipping/falling in winter untreated area. I parked in HANDICAPPED ♿️, there was a cart attendant outside, he looked at me park there, he even made sure to give me the look "HEEYYYY U R NOT DISABLED" but I got out the car any way, I THOUGHT HE WOULD OF GAVE ME GRACE BCUZ OF HOW BAD I WAS LIMPING & HOW LONG IT TOOK ME TO GET OUT OF THE FRIGID TEMPS BECAUSE OF HOW BAD I W WAS LIMPING. So after being in the store maybe 35min looking at different pain relievers, mobility splints etc I'm walking out to my car THE POLICE WAS IN FRONT OF MY CAR. I immediately start breaking down crying because it was unnecessary. THE OFFICER J. LITTLE WITH OPD SAW ME ALMOST SLIP AGAIN TRYING TO MAKE IT TO MY CAR. He did however ask me if I was ok, then he proceeded to ask me if I was disabled, I didn't lie & I gave him my truth. He told me next time just prepare to park in the parking spaces that's ready for use, I told him any other time I would but my body is hurt from my slip/fall yesterday. He gave me my citation.I SAT IN THAT CAR CRIED FOR ABOUT 10 MIN BECAUSE IT WAS SOOOO MEAN, EVIL & UNCAUSED FOR. I know y'all reading this & saying but it was a HANDICAPPED PARKING SPOT but y'all they have in store theft that they need to be more worried about , they should be more worried about the soccer moms that I see personally coming in there stealing, shopping with a sense of entitlement & etc. IT WAS A COLD, BLUSTERY, SNOWY FEBUARY MORNING. IT TOOK 30 MINS FOR ME TO WALK TO THE PAIN RELIEF AISLE HOW MUCH PROBLEMS OR DRAMA COULD I CAUSE. IF I WAS BLOND HAIR WIRH BLUE EYES & MY CHEST SITTING UP TO MY NECK THE CART ATTENDED PROBABLY WOULD'VE GIVEN ME A CART & SMILED. SO FUESS MY RACE, THEN THIS HAPPENS DURING BLACK HISTORY...

Shoppers beware don’t ever use their delivery service. They will fail to deliver your groceries at the time you were quoted. I had to cancel my order because I kept receiving text saying the delivery time would be pushed back another hour until finally the delivery was going to be 10 PM. I submitted my order at 5:40 PM… Absolutely unacceptable. I called the store. She did nothing told me to call their third-party vendor. Well, maybe target should partner with a third-party that actually gives a shit and we’ll deliver the groceries when we were quoted. Never again!

I never have any issues when I find something out of place with the wrong tag. And this is the employees mess up not mine. I asked an employee if she would honor the price it says on there cause it was out of place and she said no that they were just trying to get them all out on the floor..sounds to me y’all mess up? And she wouldnt honor the price on it. I took a picture cause that’s how I found it.
Am I wrong? Or was she wrong? Regardless I know that target is suppose to honor that. Side note: the remotes are locked in place… TARGET THE REMOTE WAS LOCKED. Why couldn’t you sell it to me for that price? Isn’t it your policy.

False advertising and you can't keep your promises. Was a credit card customer until I got sick of never being able to use my rewards points and discounts every time I go I have discounts and rewards but when I try to use them I can't. I hate that.

This store always has a LONG checkout line. Far too few self-checkout registers, far too few cashiers (you're lucky if there's one). You can enter for a pack of gum and still spend 20 minutes here. The delivery service delivers late. They're just horrendously understaffed.

This store always has a giant line all times of the day. I've gone here for about 3 years now and they have never expanded the amount of self checkout stations. I stopped visiting here almost entirely, doubling my time in the store waiting in line isn't fun.

Please please please shop elsewhere. I was scammed at this Target. I tried being a good samaritan and paid for a young lady’s cart as she had a new born baby with her and stated she was hungry. She returned the purchase at a different location less than 24 hours later, without a receipt, valid ID, or my credit card. I am so disappointed to live in an unsafe state where things like this happen. Target is aware of this situation, because when I spoke to them, they told me they knew who I was talking about. Hell, the person that assisted me even told me that cops appreciate these reports, as they are aware of the situation, yet continue to allow scammers to damage Circle Member’s experience.
