I had a disappointing experience at this Target location. The manager at guest services ignored customers needing help at self checkout to laugh and joke around with another employee leaving only one employee to handle both the regular checkout line and assist with self-checkout. This caused unnecessary delays and frustration. Definitely not the level of service I was expecting.

This target NEVER has any pokemon cards in stock. I wish they would implement limits on the cards because it seems like 1 or 2 people are completely wiping out the stock they do get in as soon as it comes in (and probably reselling it).
The staff are always amazing and helpful, so they get 5 stars, but when I stop by for cards and there's nothing there, I tend to not buy anything else either. When there ARE cards I tend to then browse around the store and grab other things.
PLEASE implement limits on the cards.

Used to live near the Overland Park south location and now live near the Olathe south location and this store is horrible! They never have any diapers in stock ever ! I have been weekly the last 2 months and they have just a few boxes of diapers on the shelves. Stock the dang diapers ppl!

I brought a dress at Olathe location, and the dress has some stains on it, but it was the only one in the size that I need. The assistant told me that any other Target will exchange it for the price I was paying. In fact I was told that the Target South has 2 dresses on that size. I drove to that Target and the supervisor told me that they cannot accept an exchange, because every store has their own I discounts. it's unfair to do that with customers. I won't be at this store anymore.

Young man in toy department was great. He offered to look in back for an item I needed. He came back with the item and was super friendly ... my experience looking for same item at other Targets did not always go so well.

Was very happy to see and able to use real cashiers and less self checkout, unlike Walmart who talks about adding more live cashiers as they remove the real person and add more self checkout with higher prices. Target may have found a permanent new customer.

This used to be my go-to Target. We live closer to this one and I could usually find what I needed. They have expanded their food selection but it is not somewhere one could probably get everything they need, though I could be wrong. They pretty much have all frozen or shelf stable food with very little fresh vegetables/fruits available.The biggest reason why I am giving them 3 stars and not more is that they have moved 90% of their registers to self-check out. This is a cop-out to me and I was so disappointed to see this. It removes that customer service experience that people need and it is just lazy business in my opinion. I know that so many places are moving in that direction though so I guess it was inevitable.They don't have much available for men, including clothing and shoes. Other than that, you can probably find the things you need if it isn't too fancy.

I don't know why I continue to punish myself by coming to this target. The target located on 119th and strang line Road is 100 times better than this dump. There's always one cashier working, that has the job of returns, checking out, and retrieving online orders. Every time I come in to get an online order I have to stand in this line for at least 10 minutes as there is at least 5 to 10 other people in front of me. Today, There was several people in front of me so I decided to check out myself and ask the lady who is manning the self checkouts to help me with my package of two boxes of Christmas lights for online pickup. She informed me that I would have to go back and wait in the long line as there's nothing she could do. When I expressed my displeasure at this, she asked one of the drive up workers if he could grab my order for me. He was too busy Because I really wanted these Christmas lights, I went outside, got in my car and parked in one of the drive up pick ups. It took the same young gentleman who turned me down inside a total of three minutes to bring me out my Christmas lights. What a joke. Stop making everybody check out their own damn stuff and hire some people that actually help us. I'll never come back to this stupid target again.
