I don't know why I continue to punish myself by coming to this target. The target located on 119th and strang line Road is 100 times better than this dump. There's always one cashier working, that has the job of returns, checking out, and retrieving online orders. Every time I come in to get an online order I have to stand in this line for at least 10 minutes as there is at least 5 to 10 other people in front of me. Today, There was several people in front of me so I decided to check out myself and ask the lady who is manning the self checkouts to help me with my package of two boxes of Christmas lights for online pickup. She informed me that I would have to go back and wait in the long line as there's nothing she could do. When I expressed my displeasure at this, she asked one of the drive up workers if he could grab my order for me. He was too busy Because I really wanted these Christmas lights, I went outside, got in my car and parked in one of the drive up pick ups. It took the same young gentleman who turned me down inside a total of three minutes to bring me out my Christmas lights. What a joke. Stop making everybody check out their own damn stuff and hire some people that actually help us. I'll never come back to this stupid target again.

For a while, I stopped shopping at this Target because of the poor customer service and lack of inventory. I recently started shopping here again reluctantly and this is what I observed. Trends: For the last several months, I noticed the crowds are more thin these days at this location versus the 119th location. Partially, it is because everyone is either at Home Depot or Aldi. This is not necessarily a negative thing, but with the current economic climate, people are more cognizant on what they buy and how they spend money. Aldi has been so crowded the last thirty days that parking has not been available. The best time to go is a couple hours before closing or right when they open. Inventory: 1/10 To my point above, good luck trying to find the simplest items at this location. It seems they never have what I need in stock and I almost have to travel to another store that has what I need. Sometimes, I do not want to drive fifteen minutes to the other location-which is busier, when I live five minutes from this one. It is frustrating. Self-Checkout: 9/10 This location is all self-check now and I must say it is nice checking out without having employees watch you a little too closely or harass you into checking your receipt. The vibes are definitely a lot better, which is one of the reasons I have resumed shopping here. Customer Service: 7.57/10 Compared to my last visit, the customer service has slightly improved. Again, that may be because of the thinner crowds, but it is a step in the right direction. Overall: 6/10 This location is great if you can find what you are looking for. It is also nice to walk in, get what you need, and shop without being harassed by employees. Depending on what you need, you most likely will have to go to another store to shop. Some may prefer the 119th location, but I prefer this one. I just wish they had more inventory.

Overall, Target's prices are higher than other major retailors but I love their selection. They tend to have more styles and the shelves are very organized. Shopping their clearance section will give you the most bang for your buck. The stores are always clean and their employees are very visible and helpful. In my experience, most Targets are pretty much the same and I've never been to a "bad" Target.

I was having a bad day but needed a couple of things. Stopped at this location. Not many people shopping or working. But I had 2 employees walk me right to what I wanted. One walked around a corner and said he thinks they may have a lower cost alternative. They did. Excellent customer service.

I was in need of a couple of things to grab. Ran in, was able to find it quickly and be done. Not very many cash registers open both times so there was lines. But a great store.

A really nice Target and has a huge variety of selections. Good for this part of town that does not have a lot of stores. One con: these is only one door so if you want groceries, you have to walk completely across the store to get to it.

This morning I stopped in Target, actually Starbucks in Target, for a cup of coffee. A gal by the name of Robin waited on me and several others (the line was a bit long). I love Starbucks: I travel a lot for my job so I frequent Starbucks all over the US. I have never seen a Starbucks Employee more efficient, kind and upbeat as Robin was this morning. She was a one woman show: Taking orders, running the register and making drinks. She was constantly moving and doing so in such a methodical manner it just amazed me to watch her work. If Starbucks could clone Robin I don't think the cars would actually have to stop as they traveled through the drive thru at the independent stores. Thanks Robin it was a pleasure having you as part of my morning. Jill in Spring Hill, KS

Nice, clean, well-organized store with a Starbucks! I was thankful for this store's location, near my hotel in an area with very few shopping/restaurants options. Really appreciated the fresh hot coffee and bakery goods available just as you enter the front door - easy to pop in and out with Starbucks in hand. :)

Quieter than the Super Target on 119th. I can get in and out easily and this is usually my go-to for just about everything! The store is always clean and organized.

Great Target! Have never had any complaints with any of the employees and everything always seems stocked well, neat and tidy. I prefer this Target as opposed to the bustling, crazy busy 119th St location. As long as you don't need something that only Super Target would have, then this one is your best bet for the area!

I love this store!!!! Not just because it's super close to my house, but I absolutely love all their home decor! I am constantly finding myself stopping by on my way home just out of pure boredom. Their clearance items can't be beat. I like this location bc it's never overwhelmingly busy. I do wish their women's section was a bit larger with a little more variety. I prefer the other Olathe location (119th and Strang line) for clothing.

I used to go in here to kill time while my daughter had class nearby. One time I took my 8 year old son. He was looking at toys and went to the restroom. Someone followed him in and snapped photos with their cell phone over the stall. I took my son to the manager. he honestly did not know what to do. He said I had to go to the police station and file a complaint. It took two weeks but the Olathe police said they could not find anyone in the video. As if my 8 year old son made the whole thing up. I personally think it was an employee of Target and they wanted to keep it quiet. The guy was probably fired and the police were OK with that. I won't be back to this store.

I have always! had a great shopping experience here. Recently, my husband and I shopped there and discovered a few hours later we left a billfold in the store. We called and were connected to Customer Service. Anna, who was working at the time, was extremely helpful and checking w/ everyone she knew about it, after I described the situation. No luck. But...20 minutes later, a manager called us back w/ the wallet in his hand! Employees looked for it after I called and it was found exactly where I described it. We were so thankful! We picked it up shortly after that call but also dropped off a box of homemade goodies from a local bakery in appreciation to the employees.
