It's a well used laundry mat. There is always an attendant there. Parking is adequate. All machines are not working all the time. Seating while waiting could use an upgrade.

It's not dirty like people say, it's just old. You can tell you clean it well and maintain it. The lady behind the counter is always nice to me. People are calm and friendly, it's a nice atmosphere to do your laundry

The only reason that Im giving this Laundromat 2 stars instead of 1 is that the owner was nice and helpful. The facility is filthy, run down, with many of the machines out of order. No or barely minimal AC running - just a few fans. I saw a spider crawling across the floor. The washer smelled like mildew. Im guessing the owner simply cannot maintain the facility possibly due to her being the sole proprietor - a lot of upkeep & repairs needed and lack of funds. Hopefully there is some grant funds she could apply for to renovate her establishment in the near future.On a better note, the place seemed safe. Patrons were minding their own business but seemed amicable.
