Drove 30 minutes to get there because their website said they had an item in stock. When I got there they had the item but it was the wrong item. Manager told me they had the wrong photo on the website. What a pain in the rear. Definitely won't be wasting anymore time here. I'll stick with the big box stores the actually puts a right information on their website

They have flowers potted, and un pottedand hanging pots. They also have trees, mulch in a variety of colors, bird baths, fountains for the yard and rocks for beds. You need to go look for yourself.

Sutherlands Olathe location is close to my home. I have always gone there for my gardening needs and have spent hundreds of dollars at this location. I purchased several items last week, including a bag of gardening soil. I realized a few days later that I had forgotten to pick up the bag of soil. I went to sutherlands and began loading the $6 bag of soil into my trunk that I had already paid for. A store employee came running out demanding to see my receipt. She said “you can’t just pull up annd start loading things into your car”. I explained that my receipt was back at home but that I would be happy to go retrieve it. The employee said “you’re still going to have to pay for this.” I explained that it was already paid for and that I would return with the receipt. I put the bag back, returned to the store with the receipt. The same employee said “you’re gonna have to talk to the manager. You’re going to have to pay for this again.” I said, I’m sure people forget all the time to grab their bags. She responded ,”no they don’t”. The manager came and escorted me to my car and helped me load the bag in. I won’t be returning to this store. I understand the employee was trying to prevent theft but it’s not ok that she assumed that I was stealing. What a terrible experience, all for a $6 bag of dirt
