Literally terrible, they don’t listen to what you say at all. I told her at most I only want 1/2 of an inch off of everywhere but she ended up almost cutting 3 inches. Would not recommend overrated

Why is it impossible to find a decent place to get a simple haircut these days. Checked my son in online and it said a 53 minute wait and to arrive by 10:19am. Cool! Okay but when we arrived (on time) we waited an extra 40 minutes. There are 3 stylist in the store at this time but only one doing hair the other gal was stocking supplies and the other I am assuming is new as she was just handing out by the register. They call my son and in the middle of his hair cut the 3 stylist start bickering over who check out whom and it got to the point where the stylist who was working on my son stopped and walked up fron to help resolve the conflict. At this time its just myself sitting in the lobby so its NOT Busy at all. I'm tired of this being the new normal, I have tried many hair places and each have left me not wanting to come back but once you hit all the hair places within your 20 mile radius you go back and try one again hoping its improved since your last experience. The last time I was at this location was back in March its now October. **SIGH** please improve. Be better. Do better. Treat people better... I would probably just avoid this place and save your time and money.

Wish there was a zero star option. I’m here today and currently about to walk out the door. This is the slowest group I’ve ever been around. Answering phone calls mid clients talking more than they are cutting hair. Had a 56 minute wait that has now turned into an hour and a half. People have a life and it’s their job that they get paid for to get cuts done. They make money from tips and expect people to tip good and come back when they double estimated wait times? Very disappointed

You would have to pay me money to go here again. If you ask for a haircut to your eyebrows they take of and extra inch or two. Only good thing is they have tvs.Services: Kids' cuts

The Google timings says 7 clock clock , I was there around 5:45 , before I headed to store I called reserve a spot but the said they cannot hair cut because they close at 6 clock I waisted 45 min round trip

Took my kid to get a haircut and checked in online. Had about an hour wait, checked the app periodically and consistently saw his name moving to the top of the list. Got the text that it was about our turn and we left. By the time we arrived (less than 10 minutes later) his name had disappeared. I asked if I should be concerned after using my phone number to check in that I didn't see his name. They said yes and "looked for it" but never found, then she told me the system may have checked me in at a different location. Even though I had text messages and they admit it was probably a system issue they refused to help us and told us we would have to check in online again and wait an hour and a half. Why the heck would I do that when the online system clearly has known issues???

Not sure what's going on at this store. Had about an hour and a half to kill and I was originally headed for gamestop but noticed there was no line inside Sport Clips. Walked up to the door at 12:30 and made eye contact with the 3 employees standing at the counter. Tried the door and it was locked.Checked the time and looked back inside and this time all 3 did their best to ignore me. I'm not sure if they had a building emergency (power lose, plumbing issue, etc), but there was no sign on the door saying why they're closed on a Friday afternoon.After reading a couple reviews it looks like this store has some issues and I'm now glad to wait to go the Sport Clips in my hometown. I've had great service over the years at the Blue Springs store.Fan of the business but it's not likely I'll return to this location even though I'm in the area bi-weekly now and this would've fit into my schedule nicely.
