I never had any issues with this daycare. Mr. Bob always helped me and answered my questions.The teachers were always very nice and seemed to care about my son.Ms. Jackie was always so excited to see my son and always sent me pictures and updates without me asking and always went above and beyond for us!Ms. Kelly was there almost every morning to greet us and seemed to be happy to see my son.

The director of this daycare seemed really great at first! You can tell he really cares about the kids, the teachers that I did meet were awesome and the tuition is more reasonable than most places out there. The reason for my 2 star review is because after being told my child was able to start on May 2nd, he went back on it. This was after he did not return any of my calls and I had to show up there to talk to him. He said he would talk with a teacher to see if he could get my child in and he would call me. No call came, and I even tried to call them to see if I could get an answer or a call back. Nothing. Completely frustrating as I was supposed to start my new job this week and am now missing out on an amazing opportunity because of the directors unprofessionalism.

Can’t say enough great things about Shining Stars! Our daughter has been going since she was 18 months old and we’ve been very pleased with her care. She just started pre-k and we’ve have been very happy with the fun projects and engagement by her teacher. Kudos to the entire team!

Nice place, separate walled rooms for each age group, so usually nice and quiet. Playground right outside their classroom. Friendly, caring staff.
