The biggest annoyance here is the inability to get a live person on the phone. After seeing other complaints and seeing the estimate that was almost exactly twice the cost a local ‘discount auto glass’ shop that would also eat up my deductible, i canceled.

Do not go to safe lite I believe they do things to get the payout from the insurance. Had a small chip in my windshield, took 3 times to get scheduled to have it fixed, got there, they started to put the liquid to fill the chip and cracked all the way across. Now have to take time off of my busy schedule to have it replaced, oh and by the way they want me to pay. THAT IS A BIG NOPE!!! They broke it they pay for it.

We are a Senior community and have a corporate account with this company. Our bus had a rock fly up and crack the windshield. Safelite came to replace the windshield and left demanding payment before they would replace the windshield. We paid the amount owed to them and have been getting the run around since. This is unfair to the seniors, our bus is a wheelchair accessible bus and is used to take the senior to doctor appointments. We have been using Uber to get them where they need to go if they can use a regular car. Another appointment has been made I hope they can show up to this appointment. Think twice before you pay this company.

I had a broken back glass in my company truck and we have an account with them here. I got online, scheduled my appointment, and went as directed. They had it done in less than for hours and had no hassles picking the truck up at the end of the day. So far so good! Thanks for the good service! TLDR: lack of communication, Terrible customer service, and serious lack of attention to detail WASTED AN ENTIRE MONTH OF MY TIME.It took 2 weeks for my first appointment where this location Installed an aftermarket windshield that was incompatible with my car, confirmed by tech. Tech said they'd order a Manufacturer windshield to get it corrected. 2 more weeks later, this location had ordered the same aftermarket windshield instead of the Manufacturer windshield. Additionally, upon discussion of this issue, this location tried to blame me saying they have to get Insurance approval for that kind of thing, which ultimately was their responsibility and an additional failure.

I loved that I could go online and immediately see my quote after a few questions. From there I was able to reserve a time. It does take a week or so, so don’t expect same day service. I was not in a hurry and they came to my work. Done in about an hour.

Great service !Was an easy appointment scheduling online .The technician Matthew called me at 8 to inform me of the estimated time he was coming.He showed up between the time he estimated .Had amazing customer service 10/10 recommend .Great communication and did an amazing job !!

A rock hit my windshield and it looked like a chip to me, but didn't feel like a chip to my finger. I went to Safelite and asked the Tech to look at it. She said it was only a scratch and so didn't need to be filled. So I avoided the wait and insurance claim. It was nice that they took a minute to look at it before I dropped off my vehicle and waited a long time.

Technician broke my daughter’s new windshield when in the process of replacing it. Then they said we could go ahead and leave with the damaged windshield and have it put back in, which they damaged even more when doing so. The technician hung up on me after telling me what he had done, and then laughed at me in the store when I got there. Then they booked her 10 days out to fix again and never did anything to make it right. The manager called me and was completely rude and played it off like she didn’t know they had dropped her glass windshield, telling me “Things happen and it sucks.” I would never recommend this location to anyone in the area.
