Second time no delivery, first time a few weeks ago, they couldn’t get here because of the weather, no big deal, if they would of called and informed us, nobody mentioned anything, no calls no nothing, so we call the next day, they come out a few days later and deliver the wrong fridge, well fast forward a few weeks to today, we’re supposed to get the correct fridge from 3-5 so we wait, 530 comes and nobody, so I call the store, the manager says yes they will be there, they are finishing up in Gardner, so we wait, 630 comes now they call and say they can’t do it today because the driver has a meeting….. well what about all the time you wasted of ours? Is that not important? This place is a joke.

After they called my landlord and had a copy of the lease they took it to an old address. Never called me after I waited all day. Then the manager blamed me and took me off the schedule completely so I didn’t get a washer and dryer.

The manager (Sandra?) and her team did an amazing job at being over my furniture. They cleaned up after themselves, was courteous and made sure everything worked before leaving. Will definitely be recommending this exact store to others! Keep up the good work!

Terrible customer service! Been a customer for several years have purchased quite a few things over the past few years. Anyways we got a new washer and dryer through RAC; fast forward to delivery which was same day fyi. Technicians get to my house without a call no fault to them (supervisor did not communicate w/employees). In the middle of delivery the store called to tell techs they had allocated their time and would need to reschedule. Now that’s a bit crazy seeing how the delivery was almost done. RAC OLATHE wanted to reschedule bc they hadn’t received payment yet they called my wife at 1021am and me at 1127 am (for them to say I didn’t mean to call you I meant to call your wife. My wife never got the call. Moral of story they wouldn’t take payment and wanted to reschedule. Techs were literally done with install. Manager lied; didn’t communicate with customer nor their employees! Bad customer service overall! Would not recommend

Update: I have completely paid off my washer and dryer. I am STILL enrolled in this superfluous, OPTIONAL program, "Benefits Plus." I called the store to cancel Benefits Plus, which the storemember, Railene, said was a liabilty/damage waiver. She was incorrect. The LDW was already added in my monthly payment. The Benefits Plus was charged on top of the LDW. I never actively signed up for Benefits Plus. Another store member signed me up without my consent when I ordered the washer and dryer over the phone months ago.My husband and I decided to pay off the washer and dryer as soon as possible, so we wouldn't have to deal with RAC anymore. I then called the customer service line a few days later when I logged into my RAC account and saw that I was STILL enrolled in Benefits Plus -- EVEN AFTER PAYING OFF THE WASHER AND DRYER IN FULL. Now, I'm "past due" for Benefits Plus, even though I have called twice to cancel. On their website, it specifically says to call your local store to cancel Benefits Plus and doesn't offer any other avenue to cancel. If I could give this place zero stars, I would.Original Review: My husband and I rented a washer and dryer from RAC Olathe. I signed up over the phone and was automatically enrolled for an extra fee without my consent. Being charged an extra fee WEEKLY without consent is unacceptable. When I called to cancel, I was not offered any reimbursement and got push back when I tried to cancel. Not a great way to do business.The washer and dryer themselves are fine. Although, when the two men came to deliver them, they brought the wrong size of equipment to hook up the dryer. I know I gave them the correct measurements because I called our apartment manager to double check the specs. So my husband and I had to go to a hardware store and buy the correct size ourselves. Not a huge deal, but it's just sloppiness all around that will keep me away from RAC in the future.
