The bike had two prices.......one for the bike and one for the extra stuff like prep work. Know what click bait is and ask for the out the door price. As a fisherman I know what bait is and what a hook feels like. No sale.

My husband and I went in for my first motorcycle purchase. At first it was really nice and we were met with a nice salesman, Jake. We were stopping through as we were going to take a look at another motorcycle, private sale, after we took a look at current year options at the dealership.
Jake suggested a test drive, and it was great! I loved the bike but still wanted to do our due diligence in taking a look at other options. His boss wouldn't let us leave. He kept saying how he would give us the best deal. I told him my husband and I needed to talk about it, but the guys would NOT leave us alone to do so. We told him we weren't going to buy and had another appointment elsewhere. This guy was extremely pushy and could not hear us telling him no. FINALLY, 45 minutes later, we left. On our way to the private seller, my husband and I finally got the chance to talk about the bike. It was a 2023. I liked the bike enough for us to turn around and go back. It had nothing to do with their sales management team.
When we got there, we knew we were going to finance it. I should preface this part by saying they knew me by my nickname. Never once did someone ask what my legal name was. They made us fill out our PPI information in the lobby with everyone around us, with no privacy or security for personal information. They must have pulled my credit based on my nickname and my SSN, which obviously was not valid. How do I know this... well, a month later, I got a letter from a random lender saying they were unable to extend credit due to lack of credit experience because I don't exist as a person! No Shit! Anyway... we financed it under my husband's name and continued moving forward with the process.
Almost 2 hours later, we finally are sitting down with the finance guy. Finally, talking rates, terms, and all the important info. I asked why we couldn't get any info prior to this time, and he said because of privacy. Then I asked him why they thought it was OK for us to do our credit application out in the public lobby with customers all around. It doesn't make sense.
Ok, fast forward, we got the bike and love the bike!!
A couple of weeks later, I get calls randomly from the dealership sales team asking if we are still in the market to purchase a bike. Confused, I tell them we literally bought the bike from you! Literally 6 different people called me trying to sell me a bike, not realizing I had already bought a bike FROM THEM! The most ridiculous part of the calls was one of the solicitation calls was the sales guy who sold me the bike!!! I have never never never been harassed after buying something, just a couple weeks prior, to then make another purchase! Every time, I had to tell the person on the phone to take me off whatever call list I was on.
I understand how pushy sales people are, I understand why, but this experience was unreal! The only reason they even get 1 star is because they were open on a Sunday.
BEWARE! Their inventory is good, but their standard operating procedures are TERRIBLE!

Pleasant atmosphere and Jacob helped me with figuring out exactly what model of Harley Davidson is the best for me and that'll connect with me in a way like being able to feel the extension of my mind and body, to the motorcycle and the friction of the pavement, tire, and torque all working together like well oiled machine, like Mike said, are you ready to go H-D, and absolutely yes I'm ready for my first Harley. Thanks to everyone who worked on making it even possible for me to experience at least once in my lifetime completing a goal in my life that's been 27 long years on the way to becoming reality. I love to ride like having it in your blood, so I look forward to having the unique feeling of freedom that's hard to find most days.
Sincerely, Elijah

I found a bike on Cycle trader. The ad said it came with a passenger and Rider backrest. I drove from Colorado to pick it up. There were no backrests on it I was told "they were taken off and put on another bike to make that sale" then they tried to change that answer to" it didn't come with one". I don't appreciate being lied to. I was given the passenger backrest but NO rider backrest. When customer service called me to see if I was happy I told them exactly what had happened and still nothing has been done.
Give me what I paid for. And I'll stop leaving these reviews!
It has been 2 months and nothing. Not even a response to my review. But yet you keep sending me e-mails for your crappy events!

I set up an appointment to have my bike tuned to my new exhaust for Thursday. Dropped my bike off Thursday morning before the store even open. They told me they were going to start on my bike Thursday night and finish it up Friday morning. Which was fine cause I was going to pick it up Saturday. I proceed to go in on Saturday and they haven’t even started on my bike. It truly is pointless making an appointment here. I also had an appointment to get new tires put at another location which messed up all those plans. I then asked the front desk guy if the guy doing the tuning was going to work on my bike when he got in that day and he told me probably later in the day. I brought my bike here due to convenience of it being right down the road and all it was to me was a giant inconvenience. I highly recommend going through someone else. I will be going back to Outlaw from now on.

These guys are the real deal. Largest selection of bikes in the Midwest. Excellent staff that are attentive and really care about what they do. If you're in the market for a bike talk to Sam or Tim. For parts Levi and Tony are super helpful and Lee back in service has an answer for every question. I definitely recommend buying a bike from Rawhide!

Christine was AMAZING!!! She helped me get the bike of my husband's dreams for his birthday. She made the whole process as smooth as can be. As some one who has dealt with a lot of dealerships, this by far was the best experience. I will be comming back time and time again with all our Harley needs. Thanks again!

I just recently purchased a 2020 Road Glide special!! I hands down had the best experience I have ever had in any dealership!! The entire atmosphere in Rawhide is a family feel!! I could list a bunch of names but at the end of the day every single person in the dealership treated me with the upmost respect! Being a young buyer it is difficult finding a place to treat you as an adult. They were upfront about everything answered every question I had. I left with a sense of peace. For me that is the number one concern! I did not feel lost or confused about any of it. Last but not least they jumped through hoops to get me on the bike of my dreams. I will never shop anywhere else!! Thank you Rawhide family!

Horrible dealer, worst I’ve ever been in and I have been all over the country buying and having work done on Harleys.
First, they absolutely, will not under any circumstances give you a simple dollar amount, to buy a bike. You HAVE to speak with their finance clowns. I am a cash buyer but that doesn’t matter to them, they don’t like cash buyers. I sat around like a fool thinking they were getting me the price but after sitting for 45 minutes, the finance head clown came out to greet me.
This was the 3rd of their employees I told, I just want a price, I’m not financing. Doesn’t matter, the next question is, “what kind of payments are looking for?” Are you kidding me, I’m looking for ONE payment, HOW MUCH!?!? For the f’ing motorcycle???
Still never got a price.
I walked out the door, pissed. The manager followed me out to find out what was going on? I told him exactly what I have made clear, how much for the bike??
“Well are you buying it right now?” I said yes, my 12 year old kid is going to drive my truck home. Why is it, they REFUSE to give a price? Well, it’s so they can screw your socks off with horrible financing that they make more money off.
The manager, never gave me a price.
So, the next week, I rolled up to an individuals house and laid down cash to buy their Heritage. Plus I got all the OEM parts, some aftermarket stuff and paperwork on the history of the bike.
Here is another trick of theirs, don’t know if they still do this but, they suck, so I imagine they do.
They give the salespeople a certain $ amount to obtain your phone number, I was told be a former salesperson of theirs, they get $50 for your phone number. Then, they get $10 every time they call you, to hound you, about coming in and buying a bike. They will call you until you block their number, it’s so ridiculous you think they’re kidding around
If you are in KC area, do yourself a favor, travel and save, go to Doc’s in St Louis, Mid America in Columbia or Jaegers in Sedalia. Get out of KC to buy a new Harley. Even Big Barn in Des Moines or Teds in Alton Illinois, all fantastic dealers that don’t play financing tricks and simply ask a price for a bike.
They run a lot faster down the road when you’re not dragging some stupid overweight payment behind them.
Get in the wind….
