This is the 3rd time they have forgotten something on my order. Always forgets the sauce cups, and this time they messed up my BLT order.
Edit this is now the 4th time they messed up a BLT. THEY FORGOT THE Lettuce and Tomato. How hard it is to make food.

90% of the pumps are out of commission currently on May 1st and the guy said it's going to take till next week to fix them. Software issues.

Never thought I would be given an an obvious terrible verbal attitude for browsing sandwhiches as if im suppose to rush like im in a fast food drive through? What the heck! because some woman who works at 11pm needed to go clean so badly. Welp never coming in here again. ?

This quick trip was easy to get into an easy to get out of. The workers were very kind. The store was clean. There was a lot of foot traffic and a lot of vehicles there yet they were able to help me quickly and there was a great variety of snacks and other things that most quick trips have. I highly recommend it.

Beyond great. Love the workers always slay, restock donuts every night at 11. Great bathrooms always clean. Definitely will be returning everyday for the rest of my life.

I was filling up my car and went inside to get a coke. i filled up a cup and placed it in the counter to get a kid and a straw. i did not notice that rhe bottom of the cup was defective and was pushed outt so when i place it on the counter it could not stand and toppled over splashing my shirt and pants and all over the counter and wet a bunch of straws. I flagged down a worker told her what happened she said she woll get to it later. after five minutes of waiting. i brought the empty defective cup to the counter told the man at the register what happened and he looked at ne and kept on working did not say a word. At that point i walked out and i promise i willl bever buy gas or step foot in this store ever again. it was if i was never there. so now it will be moving forward. My family spends well over $150 a week in this store. no more.

QT Kitchen employee was a little short and snappy about telling me I had to pay for Sausage Egg Tacos before she fixing. Had no idea, 3 or 4 times prior did came out way fast before I paid. The was good, hot and fresh!

Perhaps their speakers have been on the "to fix list", but why does it take personnel to walk out and ask about the problem. You inform them you didn't get a receipt and instead of checking the pump or bringing out paper to refill, they go back and bring out a single receipt and go back inside. Seems a poor use of time and resources for a busy place.

This quick trip changed my life when i was 6 my dog had terminal cancer we were so depressed he was dying but this quick trip saved him i will never forget when bob at the counter payed for fidos Chemo expenses truely desserving of 7 stars god speed
