FIX YOUR WEBSITE no one can see what cars or trucks are on the market I type in lariat and it pops up with no vehicle even tho I've spoken to a team member who has showed me the truck. This makes me want to not put in the effort to look for a vehicle at this location

I have been coming to Olathe Ford since I bought my car in 2016. I came for regular oil changes and other services needed. Unfortunately, I will never return to Olathe Ford or any Ford if possible. I have just had the worst experience here regarding my car. I had my car towed here when it died over memorial weekend. The manager of the shop called me next business day to inform me that no one could look at my car until the next week but it sounds like transmission and if that was the case they couldn't even begin to work on it for three months. I called and said I was taking to a different place because they could get my car in and the turn around was 7 business days. When I went to go get my car The manager told me I will have to pay for my diagnostic that he could not give me until the next day. I asked him what he was talking about because he has just told me that no one could look at it until the next week. He said he didn't know someone looked at it and the techs computer crashed so he had no way of contacting him until the tech left for the night. He then told me about how much it would cost and why it will take so long, they are understaffed which is understandable. He then said that Ford would help me pay for my services then in the same breath say they can't help me. He was going back and forth and I was getting frustrated. When he told me how long it would take Ford to fix the transmission I asked if they would give me a loaner car, to which he snapped at me and said, "look around at my lot! Does it look like I have a car to give you?!" Unprofessional. So I pay for the diagnostics that he never gave me a physical copy of and went to get my car towed to a different shop. When I went back to the lot where my car was the back window was all the way down for no apparent reason. Unbelievable. I took my car to the shop where Ford told me they wouldn't be able to fix it (in an attempt to get me to leave my car with Ford). The other business had my car for a total of five days and labor, diagnostics, parts, and a 5 year warranty cost LESS than what Fords minimum would have been. Ford told me my warranty that I paid extra for when I purchased my car was no good by a few miles. I would have left my car with Ford had it not been for the horrible way they treated me and made me feel like I was being scammed. Ford has lost a valuable customer.

Brought my Focus ST in under warranty with an appointment to diagnose the issue with brake fluid leaking out of my car. They had it in the entire day. Got a call before close saying they wanted me to come up to discuss the car. I got there and they said looked over everything and couldn't find the issue. As the tech was stepping out of the car they noticed the clutch slave cylinder had been leaking brake fluid all over the floorboard of my car. This should have been checked l

Complete and total lack of communication! I inquired about a few vehicles. Several days went buy and nothing! So I inquired again and was told that once it went to financing sales doesn’t do anything! But the sales guy would check and let me know. Still nothing! I’m not sure how this type of business practice sales cars. They will send automated emails but I am finding none of the customer service promises they state in them are completely false!
