I went to an appt a day or two prior and they said I needed to fast so I rescheduled. Went to my appt fasted and told her without her asking me that I had fasted. Got my results and they didn’t test for the lab that I specifically fasted for. Results came back not tested.

Stay away from these people they are crooks and thieves to make up their own insurance rules as they go and take money from people they should not and overbilling run by evil people stay away at all cost. Driven by greed and overbilling

Booked an appt for blood draw less than 24 hours in advance using the automated phone service. Arrived 10 minutes early as instructed and used the check in kiosk without issue. Waited 30 seconds and they were calling me back. Carla was super nice and the blood draw was done quickly and painlessly. All the bad reviews had made me super anxious but my visit was great. Thanks Carla!

I thought I made an appointment online, but when I got there, I did not have an appointment. I asked the nurse when she cane out for someone else if there was a chance I could get it done right away. She got me in within five minutes.

The lady helping me was so kind and did a great job at both the clerical side and the blood draw. Thorough, and conversational. I enjoyed visiting with her in the Olathe office.
