My husband and I came from South Wichita to Olathe to test drive a truck was very impressed with the truck. Donnie is a low pressure, no hassel sales person. He's very up front and honest about his vehicles. Told us about a couple of issues that it had and that they would be fixed before we picked up the vehicle. We are very pleased with Donnie and his service and also with the truck itself. We will definitely come to him when we're looking for another vehicle in the future and would recommend him to our friends and family

Bought a Terrain from QA in September of 2023, check engine light came on a week later. 2,000 miles later the vehicle is now sitting in a shop and I will have a bill of 2,800 to fix this car that has barely been driven. 5 check engine lights I have dealt with now in this few month span. I have now almost put in a quarter of what I paid for the car just to have it run half. Very disappointing purchase.

We purchased a vehicle from QA and shortly afterward it needed a service repair. QA had me bring the vehicle in and with no hassle agreed to cover the service repair at no charge to me. The vehicle runs great and we are very satisfied with the customer service we received. Thank you QA!

I bought a car here and in less than 30 days my headlights went out. It was more like 2 weeks. The crazy part is that it was suppose to be a “quick fix” but it ended up being $2000 and they told me there was nothing they could do because it wasn’t under warranty. I had to have a male friend call up there for them to even suggest to bring my car for them to look at. Then the next thing you know all of sudden it’s fixed but then started to malfunction again a week later. It’s like it was a quick fix to get me out of their hair but in reality they screwed me over. I told them I needed a dependable car to move out of state with and they sold me a car that I can’t even drive at night.I know exactly who I am speaking of. I just noticed that Google didn’t post it two years ago because some of my words went against their guidelines. But I purchased a gold 2010 Jeep Liberty from you all in March of 2021 just before I moved to Texas. It’s amazing you forgot about me as the situation was frustrating for me so I made sure to contact you guys at every turn to get it fixed. I ended up having to pay $1900 to get the electrical box replaced.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Qually's. Working with Don and Donny was very easy and low-pressure. They are equally at ease with you taking a test drive (without hovering in the back or passenger side seat as if you are a thief) and if you want to have the vehicle checked out prior to making a final decision, they *never* have a problem with that and they will fix any issues that are discovered. When I find myself in a situation of needing another car in the future, I'll check here first. Thanks Don & Donny!

We had an amazing experience here. I went shopping with my kids and received top notch service and hospitality. My husband couldn't make it until after hours, but we Donny was willing to work with us and come back up so that he could see the car too!
