“Fast processing here and excellent customer service. We picked up our U-Haul truck reservation and it was out of there in under 10 minutes. We saved thousands of dollars moving ourselves with the U-Haul truck. If you rent their appliance dolly you can move practically anything. When we check the truck in and returned it it was extremely fast. This will be my favorite U-Haul location here in the Kansas City metro!”

“Parking is terrible. There are only 3-4 spots for the entire facility. Many times, I had to park at my unit inside the security gate and then walk to the main office. You can also park at the Senior Facility next door and walk the grassy path to their location.
That’s the only complaint I have, but was fantastic otherwise! Will definitely use again when needed!”
