“I have used the print department numerous times to bind notebooks for our homeschool that I have purchased and printed myself. This time my order was bound incorrectly and the store called to explain the situation. Without being asked, the store manager then proceeded to purchase the digital file himself so they could reprint and rebind according to how I wanted. That was not a cheap digital file. When I went to pick up the order they did not charge me for the binding either. This is top notch customer service which is extremely hard to find these days! Use the print department!!!”

“I always get great service at this location. Yes, sometimes they may be short staffed but you seriously can’t hold that against any business right now. The manager here is always friendly and helpful. There was a mix up on my print order one time and it was difficult to tell if I made a mistake in my order or if the mistake was on their end. It would have been easy for him to have me re-place the order and have to wait several hours. But he helped me get the order correct, on the spot. They are also great when you’re just dropping off a package for shipping. I appreciate the staff and convenience of this location”

“I went when they first opened and it was difficult to get help. This time I ordered my print job on line and tried them again by chance. I was impressed!!!Trinity called me twice after I made my online order. She did an incredible job, knowing what questions to ask and clarifying so that I got exactly what I wanted. She saw that there was confusion on how the order came out online and she went above and beyond to take the initiative to get me the right order. She communicated to me that she cared whether or not I got what I wanted and that means so very much to me.This location in the West Olathe WalMart is now like the Fed Ex in Olathe near Mur-Len and Black Bob are BOTH exceptional in their service. They can be busy from time to time, but if you are patient, once they are interacting with you they go the extra mile and are known for the quality they produce!!!”
