This is the first review I've ever left. I took my motorhome up to Pomp's for new tires. They seemed professional and gave a reasonable price. I had to pick it up after they closed. As soon as I saw the new tires, they looked too low, even my wife noticed. Once I got home I checked the pressure and they were 10 psi too low. Called and complained. They sent a mobile guy to air them to the proper pressure. Ok. No big deal. Drive it to get gas, something didn't seem right. Checked and one of my back tires had a leak at the valve stem. That means that it was flat when I picked it up and was driving around and the guy that came to add air didn't even notice that one tire was completely empty. I was livid. They came back on and repaired the leak. It's been a few weeks now and while I was washing my rig I noticed one of the lug nuts wasn't tightened, it was wobbling around, you can turn it by hand. I was blown away at how incompetent they were at every step of the process. I completely understand that mistakes happen. Me driving around on a brand new deflated rear inside tire after picking it up is unacceptable.

Normally excellent. Last week, my boss dropped it off for a steer tire and a 3 axle alignment, but forgot to tell them a tire was leaking, with a visible nail in the tread. I'd marked the sidewall with yellow tire crayon, and it had 60 pounds when dropped off. You'd think that either they'd have checked tire pressure, OR been curious about the yellow caret, while a tire shop was working on it. It's annoying having to air up three or 4 times a day. Doubly so for a second week when a tire shop had it for the better part of a week.

I've usually been very happy with Pomp's, but last week, they dropped the ball annoyingly. My truck was in for a steer tire and an alignment, and I guess my boss forgot to tell them a tire was leaking (I'd even marked the spot with crayon). They did a 3 axle alignment with a new steer, but never noticed the LFO drive was at 60 pounds and blowing bubbles. Didn't even put a gauge on the tires.

Excellent service, went in with a tire leak on a company trailer. Was told it might be awhile idk what awhile means to them but it was super quick! Highly recommend. Same price as walmart for a leak repair and alot better service

Pretty bad service wastage of time they just make you wait 4 5 hour and then they will say we are not gonna make you done please don't go there

Worst customer service in Kansas city. Unless you have an emergency, don't do business with these crooks. I've bought thousands of dollars worth of tires at this location for my semis, and they act like you are disposable to them. That's the worst form of customer service. There is IMO
