Excellent service, went in with a tire leak on a company trailer. Was told it might be awhile idk what awhile means to them but it was super quick! Highly recommend. Same price as walmart for a leak repair and alot better service

My 1st time doing business here. The lady working the service desk is rude, hateful and disrespectful. Otherwise, the mechanic did a decent job.

Worst customer service in Kansas city. Unless you have an emergency, don't do business with these crooks. I've bought thousands of dollars worth of tires at this location for my semis, and they act like you are disposable to them. That's the worst form of customer service. There is IMO

We have a had a lot of trouble recently with one of our trucks--it broke down, was repaired, broke down again the same day, and repaired again! Chris at Pomp's was very helpful and saved us a lot of money by saying that our troubles were not tire-related. Thanks!
