They are just outstanding and I appreciate them all.For those of you with so much negative to say, I’d like to proffer this; they are worked to the ever loving edge of what anyone could do at any job! These girls just never STOP. I don’t know how they do it. Yes, I’ve stood in those lines too, but even when you do they move fast.They’ve gotten so popular they can and do, at times, run out of certain things. But that’s because they are so good, not bad! This is by far one of the most fully stocked and well put together CVS's I've been too! Literally every thing I wanted and needed and then some was here! “I landed here with my prescriptions after trying to get them all filled through other pharmacy’s, you know the ones. Thank goodness i did and now I see why others come here first. They are always kind and helpful. If they don’t have what i need they explain why and when to expect it. They also have home delivery, which i was unaware of. No pharmacy is ideal, that’s the current state of U. S. subpar health care. HyVee is the best of the bunch, significantly less expensive, as well.
CVS (nice but understaffed and expensive and limited hours like closing for lunch) and Walgreens 24hr (don’t recommend unless this is your last and only option, understaffed, extremely slow, difficult if not impossible to reach a pharmacist by phone, prices vary widely).”

I go there once a month to pick up my meds, and they are always helpful. The only downside is that sometimes the line is a bit slow.”

“I spent the day trying to have banners printed at another location, since the other location couldn't figure out how to work the printers, I had my order transferred to this location. Adriana, greeted me with a smile, her store was packed and she still took on my project without hesitation. I honestly am amazed by how kind and helpful she was. I'm thankful my order was finished handled by her, I know she took great care while completing my request. Her efforts do not go unnoticed. I hope for anyone reading this, if you happen to encounter her, treat her with extra respect and kindness, she is more than deserving.

“They have definitely improved greatly since all the problems they had with short staffing during the lockdown. It was rough, \\u0026 I almost gave up \\u0026 went somewhere else, but it really wasn't the fault of the people who work there, so I stuck it out \\u0026 I'm glad I did. I've always been treated well \\u0026 they've always done their best to help or answer questions. I've been using them as my main pharmacy for at least 15+ years \\u0026 plan to stick with them.”
“The pharmacy is quick and efficient here. I like the staff that works here. They are so helpful and friendly! Sometimes the wait can get a little long at the drive through, but I've learned to just go into CVS and it's so much quicker when drive through is long.”
“Kind & accommodating pharmacy staff, can sometimes take a while to get a phone call through to them but the pharmacists themselves are not at fault for understaffing issues (which are unfortunately very common across all Walgreens locations). Lived in the area for over a year and never had a bad experience here.”

“For my most recent visit, I gave it a 5 star review but only because of one person. An employee named Jeremy who doesn’t normally work at this location, I believe he told me that he normally works in Shawnee. So anyways I went into this location looking for a specific medicine as I couldn’t find any on the shelves. I asked him for help as he was busy stocking a shelf. He politely stopped what he was doing and went in the back and found my medicine. Thank you Jeremy, you were a life saver. Thanks for making the extra effort and making my day. This guy Jeremy knows customer service and I expect him to go far with this company if they are fortunate enough to keep him.”
“I had tried for a week and half to get my prescriptions moved to the Walgreens on Pflumm with absolutely no follow through on their end. I had to change pharmacies due to insurance so I tried this location. The pharmacy staff were very helpful and had the issue resolved within 24 hours.”
