This company was so wonderful to work with from beginning to end! We originally planned to have a different company install our shower door in our primary bathroom but we ran into some communication/personnel issues and we weren’t sure we were going to be happy with the finished product, so we decided to try out Petty. I’m so glad we did! The staff at Petty were very straightforward, easy to work with, timely, and we knew exactly what we were going to get with them. From the template to viewing products in the showroom to install - the process was seamless. Thanks for our beautiful new shower door- we love it! We don’t have the bathroom painted quite yet, but when we do I’ll be sure to upload pictures.

I could not be happier with how well they did as a company. From the time they did their measurements until the new shower glass was installed they were amazing. Their pricing was great, the customer service was even better. Everyone I dealt with there was far superior than the other companies I dealt with throughout my bathroom remodel. A special shoutout to Nancy who took all of my calls and answered all of my questions (and I had a lot) with complete professionalism. Anyone considering Petty products for their next job will be completely satisfied. Thank you again Petty products for the great job.

Called to get an estimate for a custom shower door for my 91 year old mother. They came out and gave a very good quote. Installed sooner than promised . My mother loves, loves,loves her new shower door and was impressed with the cleanliness and attention to detail of the crew. Thank You so much!

It was pure fate that I happened to make a wrong turn and end up driving right by Petty Products shortly before we needed to order our shower door and panels for an unplanned remodel. Petty was excellent to work with, timely in all responses, priced fairly compared to other local companies, and delivered our glass faster than expected. Nancy communicates very well from the office, and Bert was respectful and knowledgeable on site - he even catered his final suggestions around our other bathroom hardware (and it was absolutely the right call!). We couldn't be happier with the finished product. Highly recommend this company!

Thank you Petty Products for the shower door. I was initially a little grumpy due to the fact that we could have gone on a mini vacation instead of another house project, but such is life! So I was surprised by how much the frameless shower door updated our whole bathroom and made one of our everyday tasks better. I love how tall it is and its so quiet. It is the little things in life! Nancy did not pressure us at all and was very kind and wise when she told us, "Remember it's the kitchens and bathrooms that sell a house if you are planning on reselling." So happy we chose frameless and her husband and his helper were so kind. Craftsmanship was perfect! Thank you again! We would highly recommend Petty Products.

Jimmie and Steven came out to repair work that was not properly done during a new construction home. They quickly identified what was wrong and communicated how it should’ve initially been completed. They addressed the issues in a timely and professional manner.

Top notch customer service, product and installation. We had been shopping big box stores for shower doors and so thankful we went in Petty Shower Doors - from the minute we walked in their door, we received the most personable customer service. Petty Products installed a corner shower enclosure in our master remodel. We received three bids and they provided us a competitive bid- not the lowest or highest but based on multiple factors (familiar with their products, family-owned, and reviews), we went with them. They were professional, friendly, and responsive. The product itself was exactly what we envisioned. If given a chance, I wouldn't hesitate to use Petty Products again.

I’m glad we went with Petty Products for our shower doors! After shopping the big box stores we ended up at their showroom. We installed the doors ourselves, which can be a bit challenging for a homeowner. Bert, their field guy, answered our questions and made himself available by giving us his cell number and said to call anytime, even on a holiday weekend! We now have two new quality doors and we love them.

I contacted quite a few shower glass companies and Petty Products was not only the best price but also the best customer service. It’s a family owned business and they are all very polite and friendly. If I’m going to have someone in my home doing work, those attributes are a must.

I wasn't expecting to be in the market for a shower door. However, after accidentally shattering our existing door while tiling, I was thankful to find Petty Products on the advice of our local plumber. Initially, Nancy helped us arrange for a replacement door. However, after seeing their showroom and the reasonable prices, we decided to upgrade to a frameless door. We are so glad that we did. Ordering, measuring, and install were a breeze. The owners are kind people and their doors are beautiful. If you are a "shop local" kind of person and live in Johnson County, Petty Products is a fantastic find! What a fantastic local business!
