Party time has become my go-to store to for every day and special occasion bottles. The Owners/Staff are very personable and knowledgeable, pricing is very competitive, and they have a huge variety including sought after allocated, barrel picks, and special/limited edition bottles.

I bought 6 bottles of wine, $9.99 each. I should get a 10% discount. I pay with a $50.00 gift card and a $20.00 bill. How much should I get back? They try to give me $1.00 and some change back? I had to argue with them to get the right amount back

We will NEVER patronize this place again. My husband purchased a vape and over $80 of liquor. He got to the car, opened it and it didn’t work. He went right back in the store before pulling off and the lady refuse to replace it even though she had just checked him out; saying there are no refunds. He didn’t want a refund, he wanted to exchange the non-working product they had just sold him. This isn’t right. They are foreigners who have terrible customer service. It’s unfortunate as it’s up the street from our home. Don’t shop here. They sell bad products and don’t make it right when they are informed of it.

Terrific customer service! I went in with several questions and they were able to help me resolve each one with extra suggestions. I was able to purchase everything I needed. Happy faces in a place of business is exactly what I look for. Definitely recommend this place on product and service! Ample wheelchair access for when I bring mom on errands.

I've been going there for over 6 years, so I'm not quite sure why there are all the negative reviews. Great selection and the staff have always been friendly and helpful. I guess you can't please everyone?
