My car after an $18 touchless wash today. I know touchless doesn't always get quite as clean, but... I drove a couple miles and immediately realized I wasted $18 ðŸ«

I chose to use their self service bay. It clearly states that there’s a four dollar minimum for using your card, but it does not tell you the price of what you’re paying after you swipe so I was assuming that for dollars on the minimum gave me I don’t know 5 to 7 minutes and I continued to use the self service bay. After being done I chose to go over and use their vacuum services which do not take card. Everything is by quarters. While in the self service bay, I did ask an employee for help and she had no idea about anything regarding the cleaning and the process of cleaning and what I should use. After vacuuming, I had gotten Non and checked my bank account and there was a $10 pending charge and I thought that that was an appropriate amount of money for the car wash that I selected. 24 hours later I have a $33.25 charge at this point I called the car wash and the lady on the other side said that it clearly states the fees which it does not and she confirmed that it didn’t all it says is a four dollar minimum. And she said that there is a pending charge of $10 that should come off in 24 hours. It has been 24 hours and I got charged the full $33.25 Which has already posted to my bank. Absolutely awful service. They have no idea what they’re doing the people in the detailing. They were smoking cigarettes and watching memes on their phone after looking at the price for detailing service it’s almost $300 and I expect some form of professionalism if you’re going to be spending that kind of money.. If you wanna spend way too much money, continue to go here otherwise there are way better options elsewhere.

They use corrosive soaps and other chemicals to remove the dirty and oils off of your car. It is identified right on the poly containers. Go look in their dumpster some time. Sure, it doesn't scratch your paint with cloth or brushes, but it will probably eat away the clear coat over time. If you are standing outside of the touchless bay when it starts, the overspray will dry out your throat. They don't bother to warn employees about the possible harmful dangers to them.

Automatic wash is intermittent on quality and quantity of suds. Some days it's great, some days is meh. But if you're one the monthly, I'd say it's worth it.

Love this car wash but had an unpleasant experience while asking about the change machine. The guy was so rude with his response, it was completely unnecessary while explaining to a CUSTOMER how the machine workers. I will not be returning and will let everyone else know not to as well. The old guy could definitely use some customer service training, customers are the ones keeping him a paycheck.
