I recently purchased a Glock on-line from OTP&P. I purchased this item based on their description and pictures alone. Their customer service was amazing! The firearm was carefully packaged and mailed to my FFL. The Glock condition was better than described. I made a fair Offer that was accepted by OTP&P. Dont waste your time trying to sell them anything. The old guy that i talked to on the phone said they would look at my speaker. I go in to have it looked at and he wouldn't even look at the speaker. Seemed uninterested in doing business completely from the beginning of the interaction. Dont know how they are able to stay open with such a rude person working there.

Wouldn’t recommend this place. Worked with a lot pawn shops and this place refuses to give a quote for an item over the phone to maintain control and was rude from the jump.I explained I had the specs, and he still wouldn’t be transparent. I am in in sales and understand the business. Though the call could’ve been handled differently.Talk about a shady business. I’m sure there’s other associates that are more friendlier in person. I really wish I heard the guys name I spoke to over the phone. From a consumer perspective in the digital age, this place is trash.

Called in last month paid interest on pawns they said were due. Called this month and they said I lost one. And wanted 4 months of interest all at once when it was their screw up. Not a good place to put anything into pawn if ur gonna pay interest over the phone
