I just purchased a Toyota sedan and the process was simple and everyone that worked with me seemed genuine and kind. Clayton was my salesperson and he kept me up to date as the car was built, shipped and when it was received. I've only had horrible experiences in the past with my past cars from various dealerships, it was a pleasant surprise when nothing went wrong at Toyota and people at the dealership seemed to care.

Not respectful, very condescending. And I'm gonna name drop because he wanted to make sure I knew his name. Robert. Beware of Robert.

I bought my car a week ago at Toyota of Olathe and I can only thank you for your patience, agility and dedication. Grevan, the employee, did everything he could to ensure I left with the car on the same day. Thank you to the entire Toyota Olathe team

We've bought many cars over the years and this quite honestly, was the best car buying experience hands down! I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car. Unlike so many dealerships, they really do sell you to car for the actual MSRP price! Nicest people to work with. Thank you Brice, Daniel T. and our Client Care Specialist (sorry don't remember her name)!

My salesperson was very pleasant to work with and he followed up with me throughout the sale. But, his management did not allow any price negotiation and I paid the full window sticker price for my new car.Very nice people but, don’t go there with expectations of a good price deal.

I bought my 2023 Toyota Corolla a week ago and Clayton was my sales person. I was initially nervous going in to buy a new car because the last time I had a new car was in 2008 when I was a teenager so I had not gone through this process by myself before. I was nervous walking in and meeting with Clayton, but after 5 minutes of interacting with him I could tell he wasn’t going to pressure me into anything I didn’t want (and I knew going in I wanted the Corolla.) He was a great listener and his communication with me throughout the whole process was amazing. He told me it could be 3 weeks up to about 6 months before my car could be at the dealership. I was surprised, but understood that the manufacturers were still recovering from the time during COVID. I had already been without a car for over a month at this point and believed because I wasn’t picky with what I wanted the timeline would be on the lower end. After everything I waited about 2 and half months for my car, but it was worth it! Thank you to Clayton and the team at Olathe Toyota for your great customer service and communication throughout this whole process!!

Giving Nik a huge shoutout!Started the journey for a new vehicle 2 months ago. He made the car-buying journey an unforgettable one! You made a potentially overwhelming process into a breeze. For this, I’m super grateful and will always cherish the moment as I made that long 10 hr drive back home! Thanks again Brotha.

We have bought 25 new cars in our 41 years of marriage. This is our first Toyota. Our experience with Olathe Toyota was excellent. Greg Beaumont, Kendall Kile, Scott Crume, Isabelle Cota were all great to work with, very knowledgeable and helpful. We sincerely appreciated getting the exact 2024 Grand Highlander we wanted, in just over 3 months.

Olathe Toyota and Bob Tucker made purchasing my RAV4 about as easy as it could be. Bob is terrific: friendly, no pressure, and very knowledgeable about their vehicles. He was transparent from the get-go. He let me know I’d have to wait due to the demand and updated me as he found out information. It did take six months, but it was so worth the wait! If you want a really positive car buying experience, go to Olathe Toyota and ask for Bob!

Had a great experience at Olathe Toyota. If it wasn't for Bob Tucker I would not be driving the vehicle I truly wanted which was the Venza. He slowed me down at the expense of him having an immediate sale and brought me back to what I really wanted in a vehicle. Figuring that out took almost an extra month and the result is that now I love my car instead of kind of loving it. He also helped me in other ways and gave me some great advice that really made a big difference for me. The finance department was outstanding as well. Super patient, upfront, and worked with me. Outstanding dealership!

We had a great experience here! Jose Martinez was incredibly communicative and helpful throughout the whole process from getting us a good quote and the best deals available to letting us know when our car was going to be ready every step of the way. Daniel was also immensely thorough and helpful with the papers and financial side of things. This team was kind and super helpful. :)

I tagged along with my sister as it was her first car buying experience. Being a proud Toyota owner myself as well as being in sales I have to say I was very disappointed in the service she received from her salesperson Clayton. His attitude was not an excited or positive one or one of what could he do for her. While we understand the car shortage his attitude was one of extortion, misogynistic and just disrespectful. It was made clear that if she didn’t want to pay full price plus a few extra thousand that he would sell the car to someone else even though she had been waiting for this car for 10 months. We left there truly feeling like if we were men the entire experience would have been opposite. She was charged a 1.3k delivery fee and I asked if he could deliver it to her home. He said no and that he didn’t know any dealership that would do that. I was not charged a delivery fee on my Toyota and it was delivered an hour one way. We were told a window tint was $180 our cost so I asked if he could at least give her that and he rudely responded with “is there anything else I need to ask for?” I told him no just bring the paperwork so we can leave. My sister had a pre-approval loan letter from her bank, all they needed was the purchase order from Olathe but it was clear all he cared about was the money when/how it was going to get there and asked about it over and over. After everything was signed we headed to walk out, he walked up to us and asked about the money again! No thanking her for buying an expensive car. I love Toyota but this was truly a horrid experience and if you’re a female I definitely wouldn’t come here.

We bought our 4th Toyota from Olathe Toyota last week. We always have a great experience. Robert Jackson has been our sales person for all of the purchases. We started buying Toyota's in 2001.I highly recommend him if you are considering a purchase from Olathe Toyota. And we have always used their Service Department and have always been pleased with their service.

My experience leading up to the day of purchase was a 5-star experience. Gevon was helpful all along the way in the test drives, answering my questions, and helping me get my dream car months earlier than expected. The fees at Olathe Toyota are lower than at other dealerships in the area, and I sincerely appreciate how they don't force you to take any add-ons. I would recommend Olathe Toyota to my friends, family, and co-workers because of their professionalism, their low prices, and the quality of Toyota cars. My experience the day I purchased the vehicle was unfortunately sub-par. There were a couple things that made the experience worse.1) The wrong VIN was used for the first quarter of the paperwork. It was an honest mistake and ended up being perfectly fine in the end, but it was quite stressful and had me double-checking everything for the rest of the day.2) Additionally, the dealership repeatedly promised verbally to waive the $100 deductible on service covered by the lifetime power train warranty (if the service was performed at the dealership), despite the paperwork saying it would not be waived. When I asked them to put that in writing, they refused multiple times. I trust that they will keep good on their verbal promise, but I'm not a fan of signing paperwork that says the opposite of what I'm being promised. Near the end of the paperwork, they even had an internal form that stated their policy: the dealership does not allow verbal promises that are not also in writing. They asked me to verify that they had followed that policy. Of course, I refused to sign that part.At the end of the day, I didn't feel like I was getting cheated or anything, because I generally trust people. But there should not be a sliver of doubt when you're making this big of a purchase.

Jose was very helpful as a salesman. The the sales manager however was rude and talked over me when trying to negotiate a price. I walked out and took my business elsewhere.
