Greg is a legend.
I showed up to Olathe Toyota in a Ford Pinto that was basically a rolling prayer request. Every time I turned the key, I had to make peace with my past. That car didn’t need fuel — it needed a miracle.
Greg didn’t just sell me a car; he rescued me from a potential explosion on wheels. No pressure, no gimmicks — just honest help and a good laugh at my old ride’s “Built Ford Flammable” reputation.

The service center struggled to identify my concern and ultimately decided it was a normal noise caused by engine vibration. I did not receive any sort of explanation and was not kept up to date on the process despite waiting over three and a half hours.

We recently purchased a new Toyota Rav4 XLE Premium and could not be happier. We did a lot of research on the vehicle and are hoping we can get at least 300,000 miles or more out of it. Purchasing at Olathe Toyota was an easy and hassle free no pressure experience. Hieu Tran was a pleasure to work with and helped us get exactly what we were looking for, I would highly recommend talking to Hieu if you need a new Toyota.

The service advisors Monty and Kala were fine. The manager Steve would not even return a phone call when all I was asking for was an update on my vehicle. The fact that the mechanic said everything was fine even though there was a recall on the brake booster for 2018 Toyota highlanders was very frustrating. Once I brought it back because I was almost in a wreck with my kids in the car, I dropped my kids off and went straight to the dealership. I was told their mechanic was one of the best around but considering that they couldn't figure it out with one full day with the car, a few hours on Saturday and then all Monday is very concerning and makes you wonder about how much experience they have. They then told me it would be done Tuesday between 4-5 and it wasn't done until Thursday around 100. It definitely doesn't make me feel like the mechanic knew what they were doing if it took that long to identify and correct the problem in which there was already a known recall. I've had very good luck with Toyota cars in general, but I would stay away from this dealership.
