We are throwing a work party and had some awards made for our crew members. Not only are the awards exactly what we wanted, but the owner went absolutely above and beyond for us. They are the kindest group of people, and we couldn’t recommend them more.

Called in to get an estimate with very limited information on my end, and the lady that answered the phone was extremely nice about it! She was very patient, and answered all my questions. Excellent customer service!Beforehand, I had called another T-Shirt embroidery company, but not too happy with their customer service. Although the other company was a little bit less expensive, I will be using Olathe T-Shirt and Trophy for our company's apparel simply because they were patient, kind, and understanding with me.Goes to show a little kindness can go a long way! We will certainly be doing business with you all !

I've used them before and had a great experience. They are generally really quick about their turn around. I was able to get a quote next day when I sent in my order after 3 PM on a Friday. Sara was wonderful and I really appreciate this team!
