My wife and I found dealing with the folks at Subaru of Olathe to be our best car buying experience. The sales person was very helpful and forthcoming with information we had not thought about. She went out of her way to ensure our question were answered completely, never rushed or pressured us to make a decision. Buying this new Subaru has been a excellent experience .

Had a great experience with JD and his counterpart! Loved not having to negotiate and knowing they were getting paid no matter what and weren't going to push me just to make a sale. They were quick and professional and definitely would buy from here again.

I purchased my Subaru Crosstrek last week and could not be more pleased with the experience! The salesman and director were helpful and patient. Ariel explained the differences between leasing and financing, and I was able to choose the best option for me. The car rides like a dream and I love the color. Thank you for your excellent service! I reached out via the website and was shortly contacted by an agent at the local dealership. Prior to my visit to the dealership I was able to communicate easily via text and email with the agent. This was very nice because we got most of the details out of the way. So when I arrived it was less than a 2 hour visit to finish paperwork and get introduced to my new car. Very happy with the experience.

I was thrilled with every aspect of my experience at Olathe Subaru. Jeff and Reid took care of all my questions. Everything was completed in a timely manner and I was able to drive off with my new Forester that afternoon. I stopped by the next day with an issue and it was taken care of immediately. Thank you. I had an amazing experience buying my Forester from this dealership. Steve and Jaylen were extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire short process. Start to finish the process of buying my car was easy, relaxed, and fully transparent. This Subaru dealership has created a low pressure environment that made buying my car a truly pleasant experience.
Unfortunately, I have to update this review because my experience with this Subaru past the day of purchase has been terrible. It took 3 attempts to get my title, once the USPS shredded it, and the second time it was lost. This seems like it should be solely the fault of the USPS, however, my title was never supposed to be mailed to me and I made it clear throughout my many conversations trying to solve this issue that I would like to pick it up from the dealership, but I wasn’t listened to. Throughout the 2 month long process of trying to solve this issue, I called 7 times and was told by reception 3 of those times to “just call back another time”. The other 4 times I was transferred to Sara, who handles titles, and left voicemails without ever receiving a call back. I showed up 3 times in person, finally learning after the first time that if I wanted someone to actually help me I had to go straight to the sales team. To top off this fiasco of an experience when I FINALLY received my title, Sara, whose job is to handle titles, signed my title in the wrong place. I could not have imagined a bigger slap in the face. My experience past interacting with the sales team has been frustrating and draining and I will do everything I can to not have to interact with this dealership again.

We worked with Jeff Creach and he was super nice and knowledgeable. We really appreciated how kind he was even though our dog was a little barky. Also, LOVED the fact that they had a dog park. The people in the service area were amazing too. The car we purchased is fabulous of course. Overall, a great experience!
