We have bought several vehicles from Olathe Ford and they have treated us very well, especially our salesman Todd, he's really cool. If we decide to buy another vehicle we will definitely be back. Thank you.

I took my Lincoln Aviator to the dealership because the check engine light came on. After fixing the vacuum line they took it upon themselves to change out all the spark plugs, ignition coils & wires in the engine because I asked them to check why my mileage was decreasing! They didn't get pre-approval and my mind is still at the same point as when it was taken in. In my opinion, they're plain and simple thieves!

I took my F150 to Olathe Ford for an oil change and tire rotation/balance on 9/9/2023. After picking up my truck and heading home I discovered the sticker on my windshield had not been updated to note when my next oil change was due. Upon further review we found the tire "rotation" had not been done correctly and per the owners manual. The tire on the right front had been placed on the left front instead of being moved to the left rear as called for. Who knows where the other tires ended up, but at least they were back on my truck. And then to top it all off, the valve stem cap was not replaced on one of my tires. It was there when the truck went into Olathe Ford service as I had just checked my tire pressure the day before. Based on this level of service and attention to detail, one has to seriously question whether Olathe Ford can be trusted to do quality work in their service department.9/21/2023 Update: A Mario Washington called me and left a voice msg. Mario noted he was the general manager for Olathe Ford and asked I call him back to discuss the very poor service I received. I returned Mario's call on 9/18/2023 and left him a voice message noting I was returning his call. As of this update, I'm yet to hear from him. It's becoming painfully obvious why Olathe Ford has a 3.3 out of 5 star rating as they really don't seem to care a lick about customers once they've gotten paid. I know it's a guess on my part, but I can only go by the facts.

Took my truck in to have new tires put on. My aftermarket wheels and tires were too large for their equipment. They had to send my wheels out to be completed.

We took our 2022 Lincoln Aviator in to have an emblem replaced, a recall repair, and a full service and tire rotation. We did not require Lincoln to pick up the car as part of The Lincoln experience, we delivered it and took the loaner a nice Corsair, we replaced the gas we used too. We were kept informed of when the car was ready and picked it up at 5pm. On the way home the low pressure light came on while we were on 435, fortunately I am retired from the tire business and saw that the rear pressures were still at the front pressure specification. It was clear to me that they rotated the tires and did not even check the tire pressures much less set them to Lincoln specifications. So here I am 30 minutes away adjusting the pressure myself, fortunately I have am air compressor. When I called the service advisor his comment was that is not good and he would inform the service manager. This could have been a safety issue since the car us a plug in hybrid with a large battery and the rear tires under inflated.

Our vehicle broke down due to a known recall item. We were told it was covered by the recall but they "were only doing a couple of these a day, and the soonest they would get us in was march 20" or something like that. The car cannot be driven and they want it to sit on the street for 5 months. I've had many fords and I only go there if absolutely necessary as their service department is either too busy to be bothered or is poorly run. Highly recommend finding another dealer.

Great customer service! Gave me a loaner vehicle while they were performing recall repair.

Had an appointment. They we're quick. iPhone app said oil change would cost $69.99 but they actually charged over $100. I'm not sure where the disconnect is because the app knows what car I own, but it felt a bit like a bait and switch.

Stay as far away from the Olathe Ford service department as you can. I took my vehicle in after making an appt for a suspension issue. I brought it in first thing in the morning at my appt time. The car then sat there all day until I asked my advisor for an update and finally toward the end of the day they said they diagnosed it needing new struts and sway bar links. They would have to order them and they wouldn't have an available appt for me until 2 weeks out. 2 weeks later, I bring it back for my appt first thing in the morning - and again it sits all day until they finally start work on it at 3 in the afternoon and finished just before closing time. Within a couple days of having it back home, the same suspension issues were still there. I called and explained and the service advisor (Brett) said they could get it in the following week (Monday) to look at. I ask them if they can pick up the car; never get a yes/no response but then someone shows up that Monday to pick it up after I sent multiple messages to try and confirm pickup. No one was home because I didn't want to leave it sitting out all day if no one was coming. They finally came back later in the morning to pick it up. Again, not a word from Brett after having it sit there all day. I texted for an update and finally received a message back that "the shop foreman drove it but didn't hear anything and they will try again tomorrow." I asked if the foreman can call me if he's still not hearing it. The next day, I get nothing back and finally ask for an update late afternoon. Same response - foreman test drove it but didn't hear the sound. I asked why he couldn't have called me like I asked? An hour later I finally get a call from the shop foreman. We talk for a little while, he drives it a bit more and then calls me right back and said he heard the issue and that he will have a tech look at it. I finally get a call back from the foreman toward the end of the day (now Tuesday) and he tells me "looks like we didn't get one of the struts on right." He says they will get the part overnight and have it done the next morning. I speak with the service manager (Martin) and explain my frustration with the lack of communication and lackadaisical approach to attending to my car. Now it's Wednesday (day 3 in a row and 5 days total without a car). Dead silence again from Brett. Even after I asked Martin that they at the very least communicate with me. I text at 2pm and get no response (Brett has told me that he can't be reached by phone - and sure enough, the couple times I called and left messages, I never heard back). I finally reach out to the shop foreman and he messages me right back saying that they got it installed and were waiting on the alignment. It's finally done. I reach back out to Martin to see if there can be some sort of refund on the service charges due to the error on Olathe Ford's part when installing the strut, and as a result the inconvenience of not having a car for 5 days. He says "yes if that's what happened, sure." The next morning (Thursday) he calls me and suddenly the shop manager has changed his story (big surprise!) and says it was a faulty strut and no fault of Olathe Ford. At this point I explain that I will never use their service department again and hang up. I've been taking my vehicle to Olathe Ford for over 5 years; had every maintenance there, every repair there, bought new tires and other parts there - spent thousands and thousands of dollars with them (this repair alone I was charged $1500 for struts, sway bar links and alignment). Olathe Ford does NOT value its customers and takes advantage at every opportunity. They have atrocious customer service - worst I've ever seen. I would not recommend them and in fact would suggest that others stay as far away as possible from this place. I will gladly go to one of the many other Ford dealers in Johnson County, KS who value their customer's business and hard earned dollars.
