The reason I am leaving 5 stars is because of the level of service that Andrew Cure has given me over the years in their Service Department. He is the reason that I continue to give this dealership my business. He is compassionate and super knowledgeable when it comes to taking care of me and my vehicles. I have had multiple issue with my last 2 Kia's, but Andrew makes the process seamless and painless. They are EXTREMELY lucky to have him and I would recommend Andrew to anyone that is interested in entrusting this dealership with their business. Way to go Andrew and THANK YOU for the level of service you give. It is nice to see in a society that many seem to want to go to work.

During the delivery of my 2023 Kia Forte the salesperson explained all of the benefits I was going to receive for purchasing my vehicle there. He explained I was getting tire & wheel protection, paint less dent repair, exterior and interior protection package, door edge guards, key replacement protection. When I got home & was going through my documents I noticed I didn’t have any of the documents for the additional coverage. I called my salesperson twice to get them sent to me. The second time I called he told me they took those benefits away because the price I paid for the vehicle was too good!
Totally lied to here. Buyer beware.

Rafe provided my wife and I with immaculate service. Everyone I have ever known has stated that buying from a dealership is a dreadful experience but I cannot say this was accurate for Rafe’s service at Olathe Kia. Rafe walked us through the entire process while dealing politely with my haggling and number negotiations. With that, he provided premium service while showing us details about our new car and walking through the Olathe Kia property. If you are in the hunt for a new car it should be at Olathe Kia and with Rafe. 10/10 experience and service with all staff members from the service department to the financial department.

Ya’ll. Purchase your next car here!!! Seriously! It’s been nearly a week since I received exceptional service from Robert Brogden's Olathe Kia and I’m still reeling from my stellar experience. I have been exceptionally lucky as I haven't had to purchase a car in the last ten years. I *loved* my car and have been to quite a few dealers trying to find the right dealership to work with, the best car and the right deal. I often get dejected from car buying experience - especially when folks are too pushy. That was not the case here. I have never had such a supportive experience purchasing a vehicle than what I had at Robert Brogden's Olathe Kia.
From start to finish these folks were extremely warm, patient, and thorough. Reggie, Bob, Connor, Tyrone, and my Product Specialist, Rafe Preston, were a great team to work with. There was also a gentleman in the finance department (previous airman and traffic controller!) who was a delight to work with.
Reggie set my mind at ease when I called to see if the vehicle I was eying was still available to purchase (it was!). He also kept me company and helped a great deal when switching the plates over from my old car to my new car. He was supportive and funny. Bob & Connor were wonderful with following up with appointment times and keeping things on schedule. Tyrone was extremely warm, kind, and hospitable when I arrived at the sales location. They even had the car pulled up ready for a test drive! Rafe was the star of this visit. It felt like I was going through this experience with a friend from start to finish. He was patient, extremely affable, funny, kind, made financial things easy to digest, and just overall an outstanding product specialist.
As a lady, I sometimes feel nervous to go into dealerships. Like I don’t know enough and these guys didn’t make me feel that way. I cannot say enough kind words about these folks. Thank you for the dream experience, guys!!!!

CAUTION
I am disappointed in the quality of service provided to me today at Robert Brogden Kia. I scheduled and appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and check engine light on my 2024 Sportage. When I picked up my car, I discovered that they hadn't rotated my tires as I had to point out some markings on my tires proving this. When I asked the service advisor, he went back and asked the tech who admitted to not rotating. They took the car back, increasing my wait to nearly 2 hours, and rotated the tires. Even worse, the check engine light is still on because they didn't have time to solve the problem despite me making an appointment for this. It's frustrating to have to double-check their work AND return for a service that was supposed to be completed. Clearly, attention to detail at Robert Brogeden's service shop is lacking. I would not recommend getting your service done there. On a positive note, I like the service advisors up there making this decision to not return difficult and very inconvenient.

I would give them negative stars if I could. I had a horrible experience here, and ever since I have gone out of my way to warn people to stay away. So if you are thinking about buying a new car, and your heart is stuck on a Kia, go to Shawnee Mission or Lawrence Kia. They will treat you SO MUCH better than Olathe Kia would. GO any where but here. Literally the worst experience I have ever had buying a car. And I'll continue to let everyone know.
(Edit: this happened 9 years ago...... I'll continue to edit it to keep it at the top so people know not to buy from here) treat a customer like garbage.... and they won't forget…..

We were looking to buy a car for our son heading to college, and he selected a Kia Forte at Olathe Kia. Lidiya showed us the car and escorted us on our test drive. She was very knowledgeable about the car and was a natural at explaining all the features. She was very personable and kind and answered all our questions. She followed up frequently but was not too pushy. We all enjoyed the experience of working with her. We highly recommend.

Dealt with Raffaele a sales rep super friendly and welcoming very helpful would definitely recommend asking for him.
Conner a sales manager helped get me in to a new car same day was so kind and worked within my budget and must haves.
Uriah in service helped me with my previous car gave me good time feedback and updates while it was in the shop. Overall the experience with the people here was amazing I will be back definitely and recommend if you are looking for a good place to get a new car or get a car worked on this is an amazing place to do so.
