I visited the Olathe Ford website looking to trade in my 2016 Escape. I found three cars that I really liked. The next day Antonio Smith contacted me to schedule an appointment to come in and even offered to bring one of the cars over to test drive and we would take my car to evaluate it to see what they would offer me towards a trade in. I was working and didn’t have time to bring the car back that day so we made an appointment for me to come in to look at all three cars. When I went out to my car the battery was dead because of the cold, he actually wanted to come by and jump it for me but I had already found someone to come by. Once my car was up and running by the time I arrived at Olathe Ford I think Antonio had given up on me. He quickly found a 2020 Ford Escape SEL for me to test drive that ticked off all the boxes of what I always dreamed of having. They evaluated my car and by the time I arrived back at the dealership he had the offer amount they would give me for my car. The offer was more than I had expected and I accepted it and started the process of buying the car I test drove. He then took me to meet with Sam Othman in Finance. Sam asked a few questions then had me go to a waiting area where he told me it would take about 20 minutes to get approved. Well it took less than 20 minutes and Sam had everything put together for me to sign. Both Antonio and Sam were so accommodating and made the whole process go so smooth and quick. I will recommend all of my friends and acquaintances needing a new car to Olathe Ford, and especially to Antonio Smith.

Took my vehicle in for a recall. On the Lighting Control Module(LCM). Because headlights would not turn on. The vehicle was returned to me with other lights and functions controlled by the LCM not working! They said I needed a new LCM. And would install for free if I paid for the part....The part they broke.*Turned out I was wrong. They didnt break anything. Just didnt complete installation. I finally figured it out after becoming frustrated with no dome lights etc. I started to check connections and I found one of the wiring harnesses going into the Light Control Module was NOT CLICKED INTO PLACE. It had zero Connection to the LCM. But they did try and sell me a new LCM.... They even had an oppurtunity to double check their work and inspect it. I raised my concerns. They wanted to sell me a new LCM....

The folks at Olathe Ford are courteous and experienced. If visiting the Quick Lane service, expectations are explained up front which is important for customers to understand. I value honesty and good work, this is exactly what Ford provides.

Everyone knows how dreadful of a process car buying can be. Buying from Olathe Ford is easier than buying from Carmax. I did everything online and was able to just come in and sign papers and be on my way. If you stop in, ask for David Moore. Pat in Finance was great to work with as well.If you're just needing service, I've taken other vehicles here for that and they're great as well. Don't try to sell you any services you don't need. Just honest and straight up with you about everything.

I originally made an appointment with Gary Crossley Ford, 10 minutes from my house. After dropping my commercially used F-350 off at my 7am scheduled time. They had it for 9 hours when I call to check the status on my truck. They informed me they hadn’t had time to look at my truck. Mind you I had missed out on a day of wages and they were going to need to keep my truck for another day of missed wages. I picked truck up without repair. Made an appointment with Olathe Ford, 2 hour round trip from my house. Informed of my issue I had with my former dealer. I can’t stress how happy with the customer service, and the quality of work preformed I received from Olathe Ford! I will continue driving 2 hour round trip, for any future repairs! Thank you to the service manager for his assistance and helping me with this issue!

Love ford trucks! 5 time owner! Always buy the extended warranty! Sounds like a lot of money, but it’ll save you thousands! Sometimes, something is bound to happen! Olathe Ford is great for service providers! I’ve worked with all of them and they treat me kind and helpful in between services with tire air up, extra windshield wiper fluid, or anything else they can quick fix! Accommodating and friendly!!! I’d buy again or order! MK

I had an amazing experience when buying my new aviator. Great salesperson, great finance department. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Knowledgeable and compassionate to things I needed to do also. It went fast and I would refer this place to anyone.

I went to Olathe Ford Lincoln hoping to purchase a brand new Expedition. I was greeted at the door by a couple super friendly guys. I told them I was wanting to purchase a new vehicle and Jordan Brewer said he could help me. He was so patient while I decided which one I wanted. I then was set up with Sam in the Finance Department. He made everything go so smooth. I would definitely recommend working with these guys. THANK YOU for making what could have been a stressful day be a good day! I will definitely recommend these guys and Olathe Ford Lincoln to my family and friends.

Olathe Lincoln has went the extra mile in selling me my new Lincoln Navigator. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and helped me with personal settings. The finance team was thorough and efficient. I can’t think of one thing I’d change on my experience at the dealership.

I took my F150 to Olathe Ford for an oil change and tire rotation/balance on 9/9/2023. After picking up my truck and heading home I discovered the sticker on my windshield had not been updated to note when my next oil change was due. Upon further review we found the tire "rotation" had not been done correctly and per the owners manual. The tire on the right front had been placed on the left front instead of being moved to the left rear as called for. Who knows where the other tires ended up, but at least they were back on my truck. And then to top it all off, the valve stem cap was not replaced on one of my tires. It was there when the truck went into Olathe Ford service as I had just checked my tire pressure the day before. Based on this level of service and attention to detail, one has to seriously question whether Olathe Ford can be trusted to do quality work in their service department.9/21/2023 Update: A Mario Washington called me and left a voice msg. Mario noted he was the general manager for Olathe Ford and asked I call him back to discuss the very poor service I received. I returned Mario's call on 9/18/2023 and left him a voice message noting I was returning his call. As of this update, I'm yet to hear from him.It's becoming painfully obvious why Olathe Ford has a 3.3 out of 5 star rating as they really don't seem to care a lick about customers once they've gotten paid. I know it's a guess on my part, but I can only go by the facts.

I purchased a Bronco via special order. I relocated between the time it was ordered and the time it was delivered. My purchase was 100% completed by phone and email. Scott Payton was my sales representative and he was nothing short of incredible. He walked me through the process and I never had any questions left unanswered. I could have had a better experience anywhere else. 100% recommend Olathe Ford for your next vehicle purchase.

Had a camera recall on one vehicle and was able to drop off another vehicle for an oil change when picking up the first car. Staff handled the exchange without issues and both vehicles were done in a timely manner.

I had an amazing, smooth, no hassle car buying process here at Olathe Ford in the pre owned development. My salesman Bob Myers was extremely knowledgeable, respectful and because of his professional demeanor and the respect he showed me, I never felt pressured to sign anything. I was able to get into a nicer newer vehicle while staying within my budget and still getting the car I wanted, and the car that fit me best! I would definitely recommend visiting Olathe Ford the next time you’re in the market for a new vehicle!
