I called in a panic trying to find someone to repair my daughters’ instrument. Mike answered on a Saturday and told me he would get back with me once he made it home. To my surprise he text me letting me know he could get it in Wednesday morning with a Tuesday night drop off. He contacted me Wednesday morning to let me know what was wrong and the price. He asked if I wanted him to move forward with the repairs. I told him yes. He had my daughters’ clarinet fixed by end of day and we were able to pick up that evening. Thank you, Mike. We will definitely continue reaching out to you when we need repairs and a new instrument.

We have had OBI re-pad/rebuild my wife's HS flute and another Alto Saxophone. Have also had other band directors recommend OBI. OBI is the best for great work, great customer service, and always reliable. Thanks for serving our community with honesty and integrity!

My daughter's clarinet wasn't playing right. At first I took it to another music store, only 3 miles from OBI. They would have charged me a lot for the needed repairs, but recommended a total repad at over double that price. Luckily I took the instrument to OBI. The owner got back to me quickly with the estimate for the repair, which was half the price of the other store. I was also looking for a better mouthpiece. He had a used one available at a huge discount over a new one. The instrument plays beautifully now. I saved a lot of money. The service was quick and professional. I will go to OBI first for any repairs on our band instruments.
