Jennifer at the Olathe location was great to work with. She kept me updated throughout the process and was very patient when I had any questions (which was constant). Even while she was wearing multiple hats during the day she was also transparent about the good news and the bad news in terms of what they found which I appreciate as it made me confident they were wanting to do things the right way. They worked with me on ensuring we got the right parts while trying to keep costs down as much as we reasonably could. I would definitely recommend Crash Champions to others based on this experience.Services: Electrical repair

Our van was hit. The driver’s insurance company (probably overwhelmed by claims) took forever to get back to us and when they did there were major miscommunications between each other. But Ken from Crash Champions knows the process better than the insurance companies. He called them for us multiple times, explaining to them things they should have known already- releasing so much stress for us. All the staff were extremely patient with my many questions and kind. I have used Metro in the past for several years and was very happy with the service they provided. I called them requesting to come in for an estimate. When I told them the car was a Plymouth Prowler, they flatly refused to even look at it. I explained it was some bad scrapes under the front due to curb rash, nothing serious. They still refused. I cannot understand why they are so closed minded about this vehicle. It looks like I need to find another shop for any future work.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Spoke with Valerie from this business, called (3way) with my wife asking when the vehicle will be done , we had already received a message that it be done the 7th, she advised that it wouldn’t be done , but never called or messaged to advise us of this news, at some point me and my wife were speaking at the same time , realizing that we can’t communicate this way I shut up , at that point Valerie tells my wife she needs to quite down, my wife explained my husband is no longer speaking , why are you speaking to me this way , Valerie hangs up , call back no answer , called again spoke with boss he was polite advised of ETA for vehicle to be finished, my vehicle at this point my vehicle has been there 2 weeks , to be honest I don’t think they care you hear black voices and all customer service goes out the window , we’re hard working people working on our degrees, why do we deserve to be treated that way. We just want to be treated like human beings , is that to much to ask for. I’m dropping GEICO insurance customer service is 0.

What was supposed to be a 3 day repair has now been 2 weeks. No phone calls. I have to call them to find out what’s going on with my car. First it would be done Wednesday, then Friday, and now it’s Saturday and I’ve heard nothing. Place has gone downhill since Dennis left. I would give them more stars if I could. Their work is perfect. Staff is no nonsense and gets the job done on time. In fact they were finished sooner than they estimated. The car was returned to me cleaner than when I got it back from the detailer.

These people have had my car for six weeks. I did not hear from them for over a month, until I called yesterday. I was told that the person handling my claim was gone for the day, but he would call me the next morning. No call. When I called back, I was told that he was out - and would get back to me when he could. When I expressed frustration, without raising my voice or being combative, I was told that I need to "simmer down."I was content to let them do their work for well over a month - supply chain issues being what they are. At this point, this should have been resolved weeks ago and I do not appreciate being jerked around by anyone. Let's not even go into the multiple days which Metro let my car sit in the lot - despite communication from myself and my insurance - before doing any estimates. They claimed they had no idea where the car had come from.Frankly, I don't know what's going on here - especially since every other review is about the great communication and speed of this establishment. They told my insurance provider that the parts to repair my car are in, but now they might not be? Regardless, it's been six weeks and I cannot find anyone at this garage to give me a status update on my vehicle.This place was recommended by my insurance company. I will not be giving them any further business in the future. This does not seem like a company that is organized or interested in basic communication. We have had to use Metro a few times for vehicle repairs, and they always go above and beyond and deliver top notch work. They don't claim to be the cheapest, but they are definitely the best when quality matters. We recommend Metro!!!!

I got into a 3 car collision shortly after buying my car. My dealership recommended them, so I took my car here. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, and they worked hard to get my parts in as soon as possible. When I picked up my car, it looked like it did when I drove it off the lot! If I ever need repairs again, this is 100% where I will be taking my car!
