Had the easiest and best car buying experience I could have had with Mo and Tony. They explained everything very well and were very knowledgeable. Mo looked at all of the options before finding what best fit my needs, and explained all the amazing features my new car had to offer. Tony went above and beyond to get me into a new car!

Stay away from this dealership I tried to contact their finance people to see about my tire hazard service and they called me back with with a number to call and it was a wrong number and they never called me back

So I’m a gen z girl who notoriously hates anything to do with auto shops and car repair, because in the past I’ve dealt with a lot of rude technicians who would talk to me like I’m stupid, but this is the one and only car place where I’ve NEVER had a bad experience. I’ve had to get service there many times for lots of different issues, but they always get me taken care of as quickly and efficiently as possible. They make sure to explain everything before they do it and give me options so there are never any surprise charges, and they’re always so kind and patient with me (even when I’m a confused mess who doesn’t understand what they’re talking about lol). Never once have I felt condescended to or taken advantage of, all of the men I’ve interacted with here just give off a really safe energy in general (and believe me, that is a RARE statement coming from me). I’ve been coming here almost exclusively for like 3 years now and they’ve never let me down, so I 10/10 recommend! (Especially my guy Stephen, he deserves to make a million bucks an hour!! ?)

This dealership is amazing. Not only did they find a truck for me very quickly, every time I saw the numbers they were somehow able to bring the payment lower every time without me even saying anything. Super friendly staff. Jerad, Daniel and Daryl.

My customer service experience at Nissan of Olathe was exceptional. The issue and area of concern with my vehicle was identified expeditiously and rectified in a timely manner. I would like to commend all team members in the service department for going above and beyond expectations. They saved the day in regards to correcting and mitigating the service issue with my vehicle. Five star service across the board. I'm well satisfied with everything other than the job done to my car.
- I know it is not related but my car battery died at the first start after the service. For something that lasts about 5 years, this looks too much of a coincidence.
- instead of OW20, they put 5w30 in my car. How do I know? First, I didn't get that fresh oil change feeling from my car which I always get after the oil change. when I checked the service paper I figured that they put 5w30 in my car. Charging semisenteric prices for conventional oil is one thing but putting the wrong oil in a car is a lot bigger problem.
