Trying to get pre approved for a used car. Unfortunately they I can’t get approved for the car i want but one more expensive they can do. But they still might be willing to help me I’m not sure yet.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I used to love McCarthy Hyundai. We have bought 5 vehicles there. That's part of the problem. Ever since this new manager came in, the experience has been less and less pleasant. The manager who used to be there made it clear that he wanted his customers happy when they walked out that door. The current one makes only one thing clear. He wants your money, and as much of it as he can get. He could care less if you're happy with the experience. The sales people have always been great. The manager is absolutely AWFUL to work with. I went to him after buying 5 vehicles there - so a VERY loyal customer - looking to buy a used vehicle on their lot. We were on a budget. Website said a certain price (with McCarthy "upgrade assistance" whatever that means). He tried to sell it to me for MORE than the price listed. Said the price listed is with trade-in, though that is not clearly listed ANYWHERE on the website. Might I note that I was paying for this vehicle with CASH. No financing hassle, none of that. Cash in hand, out the door. He would not work on price with us. The most he would do was maybe $500 less out the door, which was not much savings. With us paying cash, he could have worked with us some. He could have come down. We have been very loyal to McCarthy. He wasn't willing. At all. Therefore, we will take our cash and buy a vehicle, cash in hand, at ANOTHER dealership. And we'll be using another dealership for all future car purchases as well.

Admin fee is much higher than similar dealerships.The salesman continued promising our car would be ready when he had no idea. If we had just received a phone call saying, "Hey, this is what's going on and it's taking a bit longer than expected" we would have felt better about the situation. The manager, Shawn, said he would call me back multiple times and never followed through, and he also kept telling me the incorrect maintenance that was performed on the car, he just had no clue what was going on even though he's supposed to be a manager.Will never recommend to family or friends, looking for another new vehicle and will be taking our business elsewhere.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Christian Castillo was amazing: great attitude, communicative, helpful, knowledgeable, supportive, and fast! I was in with my old car and out in my new gorgeous Tucson in about 2 hours. He was even able to help me get top dollar for my trade in!

I would suggest that you utilize another location if you are looking for fair, responsive, and respectful treatment. The service was great until I decided not to move forward with the deal. Tyler Bradley on the Chevrolet side yelled at me and accused me of wasting his time. He was being paid for his time. He didn't work for free. He disrespected me and used threatening language in front of the entire Hyundai staff who was present at the time. No one stepped in to stop him. He wanted to take credit for utilizing incentives I have earned as a Veteran. I also reached out to several members of management to complain. No one has reached out or even responded with an apology. I emailed Ryan McCarthy, Tyler, as well as Ed. All of these men are in management positions. They will take advantage of you and degrade you when it doesn't work. VETERANS, WOMEN, EDUCATED INDIVIDUALS BE AWARE. No need to be stressed when you are spending your hard earned money on a product that's available in multiples. Disgusted!! Take your business elsewhere. Avoid the extra $1500 dealer options that is mandated despite it being their choice and not yours. They were forcing me to purchase the car with a Chevrolet Assurance package that included 2 oil changes and other items that you can buy on Amazon for 10% of the price. RUN FAR AND FIND A PROFESSIONAL PLACE TO PURCHASE YOUR NEXT**Mikelle was very nice and is overnight my title paperwork**

From buying my car and having the kindest and most honest salesman when my last Hyundai had been totaled. To the service department (Grant) always taking extra good care of my car, and the collision department for repairing every bump and bruise that's occurred. This place doesn't receive the recognition it deserves! I have never felt like I wasn't a priority at this dealership. Will go here as long as I live in KS.

I now know why this dealership gets such low ratings. I have owned 3 Hyundais and one genesis and I will never do business with this dealer. If you want a Hyundai - go somewhere else. They will screw you.

Always great service. I trust them to do what is needed and not take advantage of me. I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else.
