Scheduled online intentionally with a female for my wife after a long trip . Wife was told at the desk only a male was available and something to the effect that "you can still choose " masseuses despite i had already intentionally done that . No other option available and frankly ruining the intended stress relief of the massage . Utterly ridiculous

I have always had great experience with this business. Brad is great!!! Always feel great when I'm done with my massage. I would visit more than once a month if I didn't live over an hour away.

The whole clinic was so nice. Dayna was super amazing! I was there for a medical condition with my neck and she asked enough questions to find out exactly what I was hoping for with massage therapy. She thoroughly explained her process, her ideas, and recommendations!! I felt very comfortable and I felt really good when I left.

The massage was absolutely amazing! Brad did such a good job and had it not been for my experience with the front desk after the service it would have been 5 stars. After my service was over and I was checking out the staff member helping me began talking to me about the membership program (which I gladly listened to because I was curious about it and hadn’t made my mind up on if I was going to continue). After hearing about all the benefits of the membership, I decided that I didn’t think it would be doable for me financially due to personal circumstances and so I politely declined. This is when the experience for me turned bad. In no way was the staff member rude or hostile but he would not take no for an answer. I declined the membership three times but he kept insisting on different ways trying to get me to enroll, (including signing up now for a month and then canceling if I decided I wanted to spend the money on groceries instead which I found very insensitive). Finally he brought up the option for me to do a month by month membership that I could cancel within three days and only lose out on $25 instead of $70. It was clear to me that I wasn’t going to be able to get out of there until I agreed to the membership so I did and I’m just going to take the $25 loss. I honestly would have considered joining the membership later on once my financial situation was less hectic but the experience honestly ruined the massage for me, I came out feeling relaxed and great thanks to Brad and then was made to feel trapped and pressured to agree to a membership I had already declined for 45 minutes in the waiting room. After I got home and talked it over with my significant other we both agreed that I should not have been pressured into joining so I called the location and canceled my membership, spoke to the same staff member on the phone and they sounded judgmental and cold, which was a completely different personality than when I was there in person. I understand that getting people to sign up is their job but I had said no and given them a reason as to why but they kept pushing and now I probably won’t return.

A few days ago, I bought 2, 1 hour gift cards for Massage Envy at a fundraiser. I paid a total of $200.00, and the giftcards are worth $240.00 ( I have texts from this location proving their value). I booked a 1hour facial for $120 and after the session I was told surprisingly by the office staff that 1 of my gift cards wasn't enough to pay for this session, but ( in a later conversation with the manager )my other gift card would completely cover the difference! Flustered, I ran home and came back and handed over my 2nd gift card and was then told I still owed $21.00!!ALSO, before all this happened, I had booked an appt. at 11:00am. that day and promptly received a green checkmark with all the details of my upcoming appointment. On my way to the appt., I found out that my online booked appt. had not shown up on their end and someone else had it and that I would have actually had to receive an email confirmation from them to know for sure my appt. was scheduled. So, I rescheduled online for later that day and again got the green checkmark with all the details confirming my appt. Even though it showed up on their end this time, and this was the appt. I'm now reviewing, I have yet to receive the so-called confirmation email needed to show that I really did have an appointment. In all, I drove to this location 3 times yesterday ( 1 1/2 hours of driving ). I wanted to scan the 2nd gift card to avoid another drive, but they wouldn't allow it. They expect you to be honest and flexible, but they aren't honest and are absolutely not flexible. The only shining light was the wonderful facial I received. I would go to Madi again if she worked anywhere else!

I cannot express how awesome I feel after a Total Body Stretch. I have been adding that before my massage and I feel amazing afterwards! Highly recommend!! Thanks for making me feel GREAT! It is SO worth it!

Over 3 months ago, I accidentally booked an appointment online with this Olathe location and showed up to the Olathe Pointe location where I thought I had booked originally. The assistant manager at Olathe Pointe assured me it was no problem and booked me an appointment at the same time at their location. When I was done with my massage, I had 3 missed calls from this Olathe location and was informed I was considered a “no call no show” and would be charged a $100 fee. I immediately told the assistant manager who assured me it would be sorted out in a couple days. After weeks and countless phone calls to this location, that the manager claimed to have never received and only took my call once, the $100 has still never been refunded to me. The manager explained to me that Massage Envy policy states employees are required to call the correct location of booking and ask if they are allowed to book me instead. I understand that I made a mistake, but I don’t understand why I am required to pay a $100 fee when I was unable to answer my phone because I was physically incapacitated in a massage with the same company who uses the same booking system to track their clients. This is a fraudulent charge since I was not a no call no show customer, and I tried fighting the $100 fee with my credit card. They fought back with this claim. Since both Olathe locations are franchised, the $100 fee and my proof of massage purchase came from different franchises, so, they fought that the fee was technically not fraudulent since it was not a double charge at the same location, and my credit card agreed. This experience has been incredibly stressful and disheartening, all while finding out I was pregnant and dealing with rough first trimester systems. Needless to say, I don’t have much hope in getting my money back, but I am hoping to help save someone from this same situation. Beware that the manager at this location will not return your calls nor help work on your behalf to return your money if you are caught in the same situation.

Michelle was amazing, she hit every spot that has been hurting me during my pregnancy and did the absolute best job ever she is the reason I’ll most definitely be back and of course the front desk ladies they were so sweet and funny

Had a WONDERFUL massage. Lisa is amazingly skilled. HOWEVER, I couldn’t feel at peace and relaxed with Lisa smelling like cigarettes. If you don’t have a problem with the strong smell of cigarettes, I would definitely definitely recommend her!

All I can say is WOW! MY daughters all loved their masseuse and slept like babies! The stress in this world is too much sometimes! We purchased membership, I highly recommend it!
