For the third time in the last 8 Months Main St. credit union has messed up on my payment and made it appear that I am late. I have not received late charges because it is only a day or two after my due date on the 15th however the transaction was withdrawn from my bank account, and Five days before Main Street credit union post my payment. They have had my payments and apparently keep on forgetting to update my account. Very displeased and dissatisfied with their customer service as well.

My experience was great it's the request for my opinion everytime I make a physical visit that I have a problem with. And an even bigger issue is I can't just discard the email, I get a follow up request if I don't give a review. Gets old real quick. I have better things to do with my time.

I was going on vacation. I called ahead of time. My card didn’t work. I got charged a “not available fee” I shouldn’t have been charged when I called ahead of time. I called again to let them know again. They said okay it’s good to use now. Again “not available fee”. Had my s/o call. Again said it’s good to use. But I again got the “not available fee” I called AGAIN. and finally it did work. I asked if there would be a process I’d have to take or any extra charges from being in a different country and they told me no. That wasn’t the case. This isn’t the first time I’ve had to call multiple times and they didn’t do anything. I don’t think I should have been charged for my card not working when that was on their part. THEY failed to listen and do their job so I end up getting charged for that? They failed to tell me I’d get charged for transactions after I asked and they had told me I wouldn’t. The service and experiences I’ve had here, not great.

Excellent service, very knowledgeable and experienced staff. I enjoy banking with Mainstreet Credit Union and I constantly refer people to them when asked about a good banking system.

My wife & I had a concern regarding our soon to expire Debit Card & also the need to close an account no longer in use. Brenda explained the delay regarding Debit Cards & quickly closed the no longer used account, took no longer than 5-6 minutes, that's what I call efficient! Thanks Brenda.

The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful. They don't get irritated when you ask them to explain how stuff works like most places. Their good reputation is well deserved.

Took 1/2 hour to deposit money into account. 2 tillers and 2 people in front of me. Would leave bank if I wasn't a member for 40 years because it would hurt my credit score...
